Kyle Miller's posts were discovered, and now he's been fired from the school (see link). Makes you wonder what he was thinking - did he want these posts to be 'discovered' ? The risk of being seen and actually being seen are are an important distinction. Nonetheless, his employment was likely subject to moral turpitude provisions. Down to room numbers (the lecture hall that was the only one with speakers) or the path in a public park - even pinpointing broken tree branches in the background. That’s what happens in a small town. I’m not going to justify what he did, but I can’t count the times I’ve had intimate encounters in outdoor places knowing that I would likely not be viewed AND remaining alert to be sure I wasn’t.

In a dorm room while my roommate was out (got caught once -- that was an awkward scene, to say the least.) In a bathroom at work. Public parks. Parking garages. On the beach in Kauai. While driving. In parked cars (got caught by a cop once, but I think he assumed that since two men were in the car that we must have been telling the truth that we were looking for a map because we were lost). Trying to be quiet in an upstairs bedroom while parents were downstairs. Now, maybe I'm just lucky that video cameras were very expensive when I was younger and doing all of this, so the thought of recording it didn't even enter my mind. Also, there was nowhere online to post things. Then again, I'm hoping that I just would have had more sense than this guy.
