Guest Posted February 23 Posted February 23 For peace of mind, I prefer safe sex using condoms. But condoms do not permit the same sensation and pleasure as bareback. Are there "tricks" that people know to make condom sex more pleasurable for the top? (e.g. If I use a water-based lube on my penis before putting the condom on, will that do anything as regards pleasure?)

cany10011 Posted February 28 Posted February 28 (edited) The title of the post led me to believe it was something like putting on a condom with your mouth, or some "trick" that I've had done to me by a rentboy years ago in Amsterdam at the Whynot Brothel. I'd love to have that skill Edited February 28 by cany10011 Whippoorwill, + Drew Collins, + azdr0710 and 1 other 1 1 1 1

Some tops swear by ultra-thin condoms, ribbed ones, or even a drop of lube inside for extra sensation. Others may not. But at the end of the day, technique, chemistry, and how into it both people are can make all the difference. TruthBTold, thomas and Whippoorwill 1 2
MikeBiDude Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Here’s one trick (sorry I couldn’t resist): liubit, + Charlie, Whippoorwill and 11 others 1 1 3 9
Thomas_Belgium Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Maybe you could try an "internal condom". Also known as a "female condom" but guys also can use it for anal sex. Whippoorwill 1
+ Just Chuck Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Just for my experience, the trick with condoms is to have enough sex with condoms that the condom just feels like a normal part of sex. Monarchy79, + nycman, kingsley88 and 2 others 4 1
caliguy Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Make sure the condom is big enough to allow some sliding inside. Add Lube inside too. Also use it as foreplay before the main event. Like for some oral action first. MikeBiDude 1

A trick another top used on me was to start with a condom, and then pull it off right before he was about to cum for the last few thrusts. I believe it's called "stealthing". He stayed protected until just before the very end... And then got to enjoy those last few thrusts bare.... And I got a load... So it's a Win/Win/Win. Edit: Not knowing he was going to do it was the best part. I didn't know until he showed me a video he took, also without my knowing, which was hot 🔥 Edited April 10 by Vegas_Millennial Luv2play 1

Unless that's agreed upon by both parties, that's non-consensual sex and a criminal act in a a lot of places. would be EXTREMELY angry at someone for stealthing me without discussing it beforehand and my agreement that it's going to be okay. If you want to go for an extended session, a snug fitting condom makes the sensation less intense and you will go longer before climaxing. + Vegas_Millennial 1
Thomas_Belgium Posted April 12 Posted April 12 Here's a trick to put on a regular condom: https://youtu.be/dtHyu_50u70?si=Jl1Kr-7z08sHCDEM This is not really a trick but this could happen if you use the wrong lube (for example oil) with latex condoms (demonstration around the 1st minute): https://youtu.be/hqY3wZH531o?si=7ZiL3eYIBA5cu3E0

I actually think this is a true statement. I grew up in the 80’s. None of this made up “scientific” U=U bullshit. Our equation was “bare = death”. Plain, simple, and true. I honestly can’t tell the difference between a condom and bare. Psychologically, sure. Physically, no. If a guy asks me to use a condom, “no problem bro”. If fact he may even get a better pounding because of the 1/10 of 1 percent increase in my endurance with a condom. YMMV + Just Chuck 1

In the first video, she demonstrates pinching the reservoir tip with one hand to roll the condom on with the other. This leaves the reservoir tip available and avoids air pockets under the condom. Air pockets under a condom are often the spot where a condom will tear. In the second video, he discusses the importance of some lube to help the condom last longer without breakage. Then demonstrates how oils can be incompatible with condoms and can cause the condom to loose it's strength and flexibility very quickly.
