Against my better judgment, I sent him $100 when I asked if he had videos and he said yes. This was after I had to cancel a meeting this Sunday because I got sick on Friday. He never sent the videos, after I asked him several times. His last text was he was busy at work and would send them shortly, but he never did. After waiting, I asked for a refund and it's been silence. I sent him a message on RM, which was seen, but no response. I have screenshots of our messages. Please be warned, I feel like I dodged a bullet, which is good, but after being scammed by JamesHeart and now scammed again, I’m NEVER sending any money ever again unless I've actually met a provider. Stay safe, my friends.

It was not a deposit for meeting. We had scheduled a meeting for tomorrow, but as I mentioned above, I got sick and had to cancel. Then I asked if he had videos to sell and he said yes, so that's what I sent the payment for, as I explained above. But no videos were sent.

I think he took that $100 for his time which was canceled by you, under the pretense he had videos to sell to you. That's kind of how I'm reading this.

You should send those messages to RM.

I doubt they would do anything if it's the first time that he cheats but they might cancel his account if this kind of behavior continues. 

I'm amazed by the lack of work ethic of some providers. If he looks like those pictures he could make a lot of money from you and others.

Without seeing your text engagement, I feel like you aren’t making it clear if you explicitly said you wanted videos and he explicitly said “the videos” are $100.

Reading this, it looks like you paid a deposit and cancelled.  That doesn’t seem flagrant in my opinion.

I am sorry if my words in the threads above were not clear to you. I repeated twice above that the $100 was NOT a deposit. I canceled our meeting because I got sick. THEN I asked if he offered videos and he said yes. He said $100, and I asked how long are they were and he said about 10-15 minutes (which I didn't share above, but should have). He never sent these videos, even after I paid him via cashapp and sending him texts to remind him. After I outed him here, he finally sent me a 50 second video via RM, which was blurry and useless. Thank you.

I’d say it is *one step*- but mistrust has certainly been created. I was personally thinking about hiring him before I saw this thread…… 

Luca adds insult to injury, by reading the thread and assuming all he had to do was send what JimmyS describes as a “50 second video”. It seems like nonchalance to the offense he committed, and to the reputational damage incurred upon himself.

For curiosity's sake, when did you cancel the Sunday meeting?  On Friday, when you got sick, or on Sunday?  (48 hours?  Seems sufficient to me.  1 hour?  I'd think you were unserious.)
