I think this is quite a common occurrence actually. I’ve even had it happen after booking a “therapeutic” massage. I guess it depends on a number of factors like the masseur’s horniness, client’s level of attraction, etc. But when that ends up happening, it feels like I’m paying an escort rather than a masseur. I've had a few surprises over the years.

Those are really the best.  I always go for a massage first, and never ask about sensual or extras.  There’s this unexplainable rush from the anticipation of what might happen. 
I have been surprised a few times when what I thought was going to be a therapeutic massage turns into a lot more. 

On the flip side I’ve also gone in hoping more happens and it doesn’t, so I end up leaving disappointed from what was actually a very good session.
