BrklynNYC Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 I don't like paying for Uber for anonymity. If I can take a train to the escort, why not the other way? If you really want to to take an Uber, build it into the price and quote me one price. Keep it simple. Moke, + BOZO T CLOWN, pubic_assistance and 4 others 2 3 2

What on earth do you mean escorting ruins one's sex life? Hello @Rod Hagen! Yes I’d better explain that one ha ha. Maybe ‘ruin’ is a bit misleading. ‘Impacts in unexpected ways’ is my experience. It makes me less spontaneous with my partners (not clients) either because I’ve been busy with clients or they book last minute and I change my plans to accommodate them because it’s business and that impacts on my sex life with partners. The work is so random it makes it difficult to have a relationship. Other impacts are the expectations people have. I find they expect me to be a certain role which in ‘non work’ sex which I don’t necessarily want to do. I guess I hadn’t anticipated these things, having not thought about it deeply before starting this kind of work. There’s upsides too! Like all the practice helps 🙂 Rod Hagen, + Vegas_Millennial, TMonti96 and 1 other 2 1 1

Like all the practice helps 🙂 Everyone with a successful business has reduced free time for anything spontaneous, including sex and dating, so congratulations! and also, I'm sorry to hear that. Consider starting a relationship with a client. It's not for everyone, but you seem to have a big heart and a high sex drive--Two birds, one stone. Regarding the second impact, are you saying that off-the-clock partners want you to do what you do (top? bottom?) in work? You can always insist :-) + Jamie21 1

I do have a relationship with a client, although it is more of a friendship and we have a lot less sex now that he’s no longer a client!! But actually I really value the friendship. Yes, I’m mostly a top for clients (if it comes to that) and generally I prefer that role. I think it’s a result of being large; guys kind of assume you’re always a top. But I like to be versatile and bottom sometimes. The thing with doing sex work is you tend to be a people pleaser…you don’t prioritise your needs. Rod Hagen 1
Cooper Posted September 21, 2024 Posted September 21, 2024 Administrator’s Message Gentlemen, From reading some of these replies it would be hard to tell that the topic is: “Is it normal to have to Uber providers if client hosts?” If you would like to introduce a new subject you can start another thread, otherwise, let’s stay on topic. 👍🏼 Chien Andalou 1

Only in the bizarro world of entitlement and privilege would one of these pampered prima donnas have the chutzpah to expect the client to provide an UBER..... especially in a big city with all kinds of public transportation options available. BrooklynIrish Posted January 25 Posted January 25 I just declined to hire someone who wanted Ubers both ways. It increased the cost by 30%, which in a city where his taking the train would cost $6 and would take half the time makes no sense. I would happily send part of the fee as a deposit, but I wouldn't take a car if I went to his neighborhood because it's expensive and slower than the train. TMonti96 and + BOZO T CLOWN 1 1

The Dude Posted November 3 Posted November 3 I'm OK with covering an Uber if the outcall is my request. But if the provider does outcall only, and doesn't give me an option, they should cover travel expenses. TorontoDrew and PoundMeOnaPlane 1 1

To quote Duke Ellington: . BTC . Every escort is weighing up the time he'll spend for the entire event, including transit time, against the money they'll get. If you live in an area that is remote from the area where most of your local escorts live, there's an opportunity to sweeten the deal a lot with transportation thrown in. Because Uber cost way less than 300 an hour. Think about it, if you can save your escort an hour of time for $60, that's beneficial to both of you. I'd never ask a client who lived in Midtown for an Uber. But if you're talking Nassau County or Newark, for sure I am.
Braziliancutee Posted November 8 Posted November 8 I always ask the uber for my clients... I normally don't ask deposit but yes a uber. Is kind of deposit for me, I stay more safe.. Some guys who hire us don't show the face or real numbers. And sometimes public transportation is awful, or doesn't work very well. The only city I don't ask for uber is NYC but only during the day, after midnight is not so safe. When u hire the guy u want him arriving perfect for u, not with a bed smell ou dirty bc the public transportation. MikeBiDude 1
marylander1940 Posted November 8 Posted November 8 The main issue of this subject is trust. You want someone to come to see you to a certain place but in the era of burning numbers and communication by text it's difficult to know if it's a legitimate request or someone playing games. I would suggest sending an Uber to pick up the escort for him to know I won't flake for the first encounter. After that the price of commute should be included in the bill. ReynST Posted November 9 Posted November 9 There are always travel fees. It can be a flat fee, or increase to the outcall price or based on the particular situation. This may include gas, parking fees, or an Uber. Providers should be expected to bring whatever materials are necessary to perform the job, but NOT pay any amount to conduct the session. For those trying to make the comparison, can confirm plumbers and gardeners have lower rates when you bring your plumbing and yards to them ... PoundMeOnaPlane 1
Muscleking Posted November 9 Posted November 9 I don’t personally mind covering or sending for an Uber, as if I were visiting the provider myself, I’d likely be paying for one anyway. So, to me, there’s really no difference, it’s simply the same expense, just in reverse. As for the higher rate, I think providers charge more for outcalls because it naturally involves more of their time. If it takes them half an hour to get to you, then they spend the session with you, and another half hour to get back, that’s easily over two hours of their time committed to one appointment.
