MikeThomas Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 Is it reasonable for escorts to expect clients be flexible with appointment times if the escort has a last minute issue? I've had a few reach out prior to the appointment and ask for an extra hour. Glad to accommodate if I can. If I can't, I cancel. If I get to an appointment and I am asked to wait in the lobby or my car, I wait 15 minutes and then I am done. TallMuscl37, Your Man in Arlington, Johnrom and 1 other 2 2
cany10011 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 If I plan for the session to be the last thing on my agenda of the day (i.e., after dinner), then fine, I'm flexible up to a certain point. If I'm visiting or have dinner plans with friends and the escort appointment is in the late afternoon, I'd probably cancel. Your Man in Arlington 1
+ DrownedBoy Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 That's up to individual clients and their circumstances. If an escort is late, even for legitimate reasons, clients have the option of canceling. To be fair, you should tell the provider if you're on a strict schedule and can't be flexible. + APPLE1 1
dbar123 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 If they happen to say that they are running late with another client, that’s an automatic cancel. Any delay for any reason with someone I’ve never seen before is also an automatic cancel. An escort I’ve already got a track record of on time performance- if they are running late I can normally forgive up to an hour Yukon21, Johnrom, + DrownedBoy and 1 other 2 2
Trick Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 I told a provider I was on my way to his place and he replied, “I'm a bit behind schedule with another client. I’m trying to speed up.” He told me to give him 20 more minutes. I should just have canceled. He couldn’t get it up no matter how hard he tried. If I get to an appointment and I am asked to wait in the lobby or my car, I wait 15 minutes and then I am done. I think it just depends on the communication. I always try to let clients know if I foresee needing extra time. As for waiting in the lobby, I’ve had times clients shown up to my hotel almost the same time or earlier that I arrive myself. Most seem patient and will say something like, “no rush, take your time”. Which sounds good, but I’m still rushing because…normally I prefer to hangout in my hotel for like 30 minutes to an hour before having anyone come. Of course I wouldn’t want to keep someone waiting that long. To lessen the chances of that occurring; I try to suggest 2 hours notice for same day bookings, but I’m also making same day bookings a premium service. To have me ready and available to meet the same day of contact, is a great accomplishment. This is why I’ve suggested to RentMen/Masseur to change the available now: to available today. This may eliminate the false sense of immediate availability, some clients may think it implies. Though for some, maybe they are available now but, I doubt anyone can remain that way for hours and days on end. All that’s required, is clicking a button and choosing how many hours you can be available now:

It’s sounds like you desire a provider who doesn’t require much to book: and can therefore squeeze in as many clients as possible…because they have limited “hurdles” for their clients. Isn’t that what makes a successful escort? You got what you asked for, and deserved. When you go to guys who aren’t really screening or asking much from clients: they are likely running a conveyor belt, so don’t be surprised with what you get:

At least I got a massage. Maybe I should edit my post to say that I should not have paid extra, in-session, for an upgrade, knowing how close my session was to the previous client. At least I didn’t have to wait at the parking lot for a session I have already put down a deposit on. Edited June 8, 2024 by Trick
+ JamesB Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 My willingness to be flexible depends on several factors. First, whether I actually have the time to be flexible. Second, I am more inclined to be flexible with regular provider than with new hires. If a provider tells me they need extra time because they are running late with another client, it indicates a lack of professionalism, and I would likely cancel. + Jamie21 and + DrownedBoy 2
soloyo215 Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 (edited) I see that it's in the best interest of both to have flexibility within reason, especially due to last-minute unforeseen events. Sometimes one of the parties can't be flexible, but when it's possible, I have no problem rescheduling or seeing the provider at a later time. I figure that forcing the provider to be on time when he has an emergency will harm the overall experience. Again, within reason, and what that means is up to each person to define. If it's a habitual thing, then it's a problem. However, I think that there shouldn't be any difference between any of the parties. The provider risks losing money, so I imagine if he has to cancel for a legitimate reason (not because he can book a more expensive client at that time), then it's reasonable to understand that things can happen that can affect the schedule.
