Former Stock dancer Phillipe in serious trouble

I am posting this in the Male Strip Club section because Phillipe has been a Montreal stripper for quite a few years.  This story is in the public domain so I assume it is OK to post it.

Stock aficionados will recall Phillipe who danced at Stock some years prior to COVID.  He started as a cute energetic rather skinny but toned guy who, at the time, was a good friend of Yannick (also a Stock Dancer then).  Phillipe eventually got into serious bodybuilding and transitioned from Stock to Campus and also took long stretches off from dancing.  I last saw Phillipe at Campus in November of 2023.  Actually we spent the evening at the bar with a few other dancers reminiscing about old times.  Personally, I did not really care for his roided-up muscles and huge neck but it was fun to reconnect with someone I had spent time with years before.

Fast-forward to this week and my trip to Lauderdale.  I was talking to a few of the Canadian dancers and they said that Phillipe was in prison for beating up a girlfriend.  I texted a Montreal dancer that I know well and he confirmed it was true.  I quickly was able to find some news stories about the topic.  It seems he is likely to do some serious time for this as he is a repeat offender.

Again, I don't think I'm breaking any rules as all of this is in the public domain.

Warning:  some of the photos of the victim in the hospital are disturbing.

I was at Campus last fall and saw Phillipe there.  As I have posted previously, I’m no longer going to the stripper bars in Montreal but made an exception one weekend when I had some time on my hands.
I remember Philippe asking me if I wanted a private dance after chatting me up for a minute or two. I had already had a dance with another guy and was just finishing my drink before leaving.
The reason I remember this brief encounter was that my ex was named Phillipe (a Swiss guy) and I always make that connection when I meet a guy with the same name.
In fact I had a session either that weekend or another around the same time period with an escort in Montreal whose real name is Jean Phillipe but goes by another name in RM.

As I have always said, these dancers are mostly straight and have girlfriends  they are living with. I knew many when I was living in the Gay Village years ago. In this case, which is very sad for the women, maybe steroids have wrecked this guy’s personality.

Pre-existing wrt steroid abuse or stand-alone psychopathology and blatant entitled egoism in tandem with Darwinian natural de-selection award pursuit while already on probation for domestic violence. Our outrage surely surpasses any testosterone-fuelled  anger that may be a factor.

PNP (I presume), steroids, ga-for-pay, resentment towards the gay community that paid for his lifestyle, reaching certain age and knowing life won't get any better. White trash?

The trend is to avoid words from our own language to describe people that have a different linguistic background from us.  Since he is from Montreal, this phrase may be better suited for him than White Trash:

La poutine blanc

He is on rent, Yes he is on roids,  Afterwards, we smoked some weed and talked. I only paid for an hour but I was there at least an hour after. It was all his offering too, I was getting dressed ready to go.  Yes what he did was beyond horrible, but to assume he hates the gay community is a big leap to take out of nowhere.

On Monday the judge denied Leduc a pre-trial release, and now he will remain locked up until his trial begins later this year:

Alleged assaults: coach Yan-Philippe Leduc will remain in prison

UPDATE Monday, February 19, 2024 6:40 p.m.

Yan-Philippe Leduc, the man who allegedly violently attacked two alleged victims on December 30, failed in his attempt to leave prison because he could compromise the safety of the alleged victims Sabryna Germain and Laury Choinière.

The private trainer with an imposing physique was back in court Monday at the Longueuil courthouse for the decision related to the investigation into his release.

Judge Marc-Antoine Carette spoke of acts of great violence committed impulsively and completely gratuitously.

“A picture is worth a thousand words,” declared the magistrate, emphasizing the large build of the accused. The photographs of the complainants' injuries speak for themselves, a crime of great violence, a crime of great cowardice.

“Moreover, he is accused of having wanted to thwart the course of justice by asking Ms. Chouanière to withdraw her complaint. This is far from reassuring for the protection of victims.”

Last December, Leduc allegedly committed serious assault against Laury Choinière, “injuring her, disfiguring her and endangering her life.”

These two alleged victims gave powerful testimonies to TVA Nouvelles.

Sabryna Germain was allegedly beaten in Leduc's car on December 30 in Brossard, an hour before the accused attacked the other young woman, Laury Choinière.

Laury Choinière had said that Yan-Philippe Leduc would have savagely attacked her. The young woman was hospitalized for a few days.

He was arrested and thrown in jail back on Dec 30th for beating two ex-girlfriends to a bloody pulp on the same day > while having violated his parole terms for a previous female assault and battery conviction in Quebec las Fall! He hasn't been granted parole and likely won't be until his trail actually takes place within the next few months! He's now facing 7+ aggravated assault charges which wiil definitely carry a prison sentence of minimum 2+ years under the Canadian Federal Criminal Code!

I feel horrible for the ladies who had this outrageous level of violence happen to them. I tend to find Canadians from personal experience to be largely wonderful people, and many will offer help to these women if they can.

If this were to happen in the States, Phillipe would set up a fund page for himself for his legal fees, and sickeningly, would likely have more people help him than the victims of his abuse.

I don't fully agree with your statement, but we (Americans) are no strangers to blame the victims for their actions or omissions.

Next time get a gun and shoot the bastard, it's legal in Florida!

I don't like negative generalization of countries but....

"She had it coming" was a phrase that was used to referred to women who got raped by Bill Cosby and others in the Playboy Mansion. Some called it gay men being chauvinistic, I think it was schadenfreude, trolling or just envy!

What the hell was he doing out on the streets?

Look forward to his trial, lashing out blaming others for all his actions, finding Jesus on the way and promising not to do it again. So white trash!

Hard lesson: Never get involved in domestic violence issues.
Women need to stop calling their male family members and call the cops.

Would you really be surprised if he has a forgiving sugar daddy already taking care if him$?

Possibly but the sugar daddy will be next in his "hit list"!

Sugar daddy relationships usually don't end well when the kept man is dumped or removed from the will. Add steroids to the mix and I guarantee you is going to be a mess.
