This "teen" states in his add that he is 22. Or is he a 22-year-old who identifies as a teen? I get so confused nowadays when facts are optional.

I’m not 100% sure how real or fake the ad is. I exchanged texts with the guy. He gave me a quote. I passed for now.  If I can get confirmation that the person and the pics match, then I’d be down for it.

He's now twelveteen. So he's still a teen.

He may have grown up in Europe.  Studying multiple languages is a normal part of the curriculum in most European countries.
