He's one of a couple providers I have seen on the regular. Micheal Vincenzo is a star for sure. I have no idea if he is a porn star, but he is a star nevertheless. Even the guy who plays the unsuspecting and fully clothed best friend seems to take the credit of being a porn star. No matter the ad on rent men or otherwise, no one ever states, I have done porn, they are always a PORN STAR. ⭐. So have you ever met a porn actor or only stars?? I thought that RM called all the advertisers porn stars to avoid the term "escort." + azdr0710
ameliale
It's an interesting observation how the term "porn star" seems to encompass all performers in the adult industry, regardless of their roles or prominence.
Jamie21
Even Martini’s are called porn stars these days.
MaybeMaybeNot
Whatever the title, I am thankful guys do porn. I have come to realize they are like gay athletes. I look up to them for their athleticism and for their service to our community. I am always happy when there are interviews with people who once did porn, and they look back on their experiences and work fondly. viewing ownly
If you've been heard of by more than one other person, star status is achieved. Otherwise, you're just a naked unknown.
+ robear
Along this theme, Jason Collins has an extensive list of "Porn Star Confessions" on his YouTube channel. I've listened to some (not much reason to actually watch the split screen video) and found them interesting for the "real world" glimpses of the lives of pornies. Caveats, I never heard of a lot of his guests, naturally, he's not IMO a great interviewer, mostly letting guests just ramble freely, and the format often runs to 1+ hrs, waaaay too much of some folks who are just not that interesting. Also, some of his guests are engaged and articulate, some are ... not. All that said, I've picked through for the "stars" I know and enjoy, and have found the discussion enlightening. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEeFrGuqyLL3uDWKEpmOYMOE2JuY3ECzi 56harrisond, thomas and Andy768

ameliale
It's an interesting observation how the term "porn star" seems to encompass all performers in the adult industry, regardless of their roles or prominence. I wonder if it's a marketing tactic to elevate everyone's status or simply a way to avoid certain labels. Speaking of which, have you come across any performers like hayley davies porn star who have navigated this distinction in their careers? It could shed some light on how individuals perceive their roles in the industry.
