Are all porn actors stars???  Even the guy who plays the unsuspecting and fully clothed best friend seems to take the credit of being a porn star.   No matter the ad on rent men or otherwise, no one ever states, I have done porn, they are always a     PORN STAR.  .   So have you ever met a porn actor or only stars??

I thought that RM called all the advertisers porn stars to avoid the term "escort."

Whatever the title,  I am thankful guys do porn. I have come to realize they are like gay athletes.  I look up to them for their athleticism and for their service to our community. I am always happy when there are interviews with people who once did porn, and they look back on their experiences and work fondly.

Along this theme, Jason Collins has an extensive list of "Porn Star Confessions" on his YouTube channel.  I've listened to some (not much reason to actually watch the split screen video) and found them interesting for the "real world" glimpses of the lives of pornies.  Caveats, I never heard of a lot of his guests, naturally, he's not IMO a great interviewer, mostly letting guests just ramble freely, and the format often runs to 1+ hrs, waaaay too much of some folks who are just not that interesting.  Also, some of his guests are engaged and articulate, some are ... not.  All that said, I've picked through for the "stars" I know and enjoy, and have found the discussion enlightening.

Thanks for sharing! I started listening to his interview with Legrand Wolf, who is actually a very thoughtful and intelligent guy with an interesting backstory.

I have been loving these.  The longer, the better.  I find many insightful and inspiring. Legrand Wolf, Dallas Steele, Chase Collins, Adam Snow, Lance Charger . . .

It's an interesting observation how the term "porn star" seems to encompass all performers in the adult industry, regardless of their roles or prominence. I wonder if it's a marketing tactic to elevate everyone's status or simply a way to avoid certain labels. Speaking of which, have you come across any performers like hayley davies porn star who have navigated this distinction in their careers? It could shed some light on how individuals perceive their roles in the industry.
