The US Department of Homeland Security monitors Rentmen for out of country visitors into US. Had a recent experience where a European visitor posted on Rentmen visiting US and was stopped at airport immigrations for further questioning. Four hours later he was on the next flight back to Europe. He was charged with generating income in the US without a work visa and prostitution. He text me their affidavit and it's evident Rentmen is monitored. We had met on several prior occasions before in the US and also Europe - but not this recent trip. In the future if he wants to return to US he must wait 6 months and apply directly to his country consulate. His passport was also stamped in red "entry refused"

Yeah I suspected as much. I had heard a couple of European providers were denied entry and banned. I guess one option is not to have a profile up when visiting? With photo image search they can search by the passport photo.

Is DHS monitoring this Forum?

Yikes! Yeah my advice would be to not post any travel any longer on the forum or on Rent.men. Probably both client and provider TBH.

Yikes… i don’t know if it is the same provider… but the one i was planning to engage was turned around recently and is banned from using ESTA. He mentioned his “friend” was banned for 5 years from entering. So, yeah… it’s happening. I did tell him to remove my text messages prior to boarding though. 

Now i have cash for his 2 overnights’ burning a hole in my pocket… time to visit Adonis

Yet, how many Brazilian hookers in NYC are here on “student visas”? How did they escape the scrutiny?

If the home office did this in the UK , most of  the Brazilian providers would disappear. 

Fortunately we don’t send illegals to Rwanda which Britain does, we just send them home .

Presumably because they're here on "student visa's".  The issue is whether you have "work visa's" cuz America doesn't want foreigner's taking jobs.

I have plenty of European and Mexican friends in the US who have been denied entry back into the Country who have work in the US who are legit established Models, coach sports, have legit import/export business' of innocuous goods and services etc.. 

Not involved at all in otherwise quasi-legal jobs etc..

The issue was legit what type of Visa they're eligible for to be in the Country.

I don't think they monitor our websites, I think they looked through his phone and he eventually told the truth.

 

I've serviced way too many high profile attorneys, judges, policemen, and one confirmed fed last month, and if I could verify their identities and find their info using simple websites, then they aren't worrying about those websites being monitored and their associates finding out their "hobbies."

 

But I still wouldn't put it past Big Brother. The thing is a lot of us have been used for espionage for decades and that's not a secret. If the gov is cracking down on anything, it must be that they have an operation going on, and only want "their people" in the game, for right now.

Brazilians are also in the mix. Someone I met a couple of times was sent back to Brazil after his texts and emails were reviewed. He’s been denied re-entry for 5 yrs. The same thing happened to a couple of Europeans I know.

The one i met online said his was revoked as he overstayed his visa last time as well as misrepresenting some travel dates in his application. No mention of prostitution (at least that is what he told me)…

In all honesty - the DHS is just going their job, and technically the people that got caught were breaking the laws of the United States and terms of their ESTA.  Would this be any different if the people that got caught came from Colombia or Brazil? No.  

I have had my fair share of being treated poorly the customs officers in few countries, namely Australia, despite not breaking any laws.  Entering someones country (other than your own)  is a privilege not a right. 

My travel rule is simple, mainly because I hate problems at the airport : Understand the rules, and follow them.

Ok, so first of all, if you are an escort from a foreign country planning on visiting the US and post your itinerary on your ad, excuse my language but you are a dumb F*ck. 

I see guys posting their travel plans months in advance. It only takes a DHS worker to contact the escort and ask exactly when they are coming in to catch the person.

Whenever a guy is going to travel to any countries it shows up in the local city RM page as if the guy was already here except that it says in small that he will be visiting from this date to this date. So the only thing DHS needs to do is monitor visiting guys and narrow their search within the searching filters.  

Second of all, while in the State of New York it is NOT illegal to be a full blown prostitute anymore  (they don’t prosecute them anymore as March 2021 if I remember correctly) it is still forbidden to come here and work illegally. In addition, In many states prostitution is still illegal. 

As for the guys that are already here and working illegally, they bypassed the border already. Some are students, some are just overstaying their visa, some are just here illegally.

When you enter the U.S from an European country you use the Visa Waiver Program, it waives your rights of contesting any DHS’s decision to send you back home. 

DHS can send you to secondary screening and in secondary screening they have the right to search your luggage, look at your phone, computer, basically everything. 

Some guys that have been here on and off are being flagged by the system that’s why they are being stopped and sent to secondary screening in the first place.

Looking at this, it's clear that they are using the facial recognition software and cross-referencing it to Rent.men. So basically the advice really should be do not use face photos at all on Rent.men. Perhaps you can share pics with prospective clients over a secure channels like WhatsApp, but it's clear that Rent.men has been compromised and the pics on there are no longer safe from the eyes of the US (and probably foreign) governments.

Good advice. Unfortunately, there are many clients, such as myself, who will bypass any ad without a face picture. I also wonder if the phone numbers referenced on RM are also in the database?

I'm wondering if other posters have heard of other escorts getting caught for not reporting income. More than once, I've recommended to escorts I hire to report at least half of their income.
