I love Only Fans and Just For Fans content.  Some of these are hotter than your average porn.  However, I've noticed many of these providers include their phone number.  Am I to infer this is an invitation to call for an escort??  I know I should I just call one and find out, but I thought I'd check with the experts first.

I haven't seen any guys on those sites with phone numbers in their profile, usually they might include a linktree that includes their RM ad if they're open to clients.

If they don't have an escort ad or say they are open to clients then I'd approach cautiously.  They might be looking for other OF guys for collaborations instead.  Probably best just send a text message letting them know you're a subscriber first and see how they respond.

I get asked that occasionally by clients. I have a justforfans and a few clients ask about it if they’ve seen my justforfans. It’s totally unacceptable and unethical (and illegal) to film someone and post it without their consent and I’d never do it but I do understand the concern. 

Sites like justforfans and Onlyfans require the ID and consent form’s completed for anyone appearing in a video (although I think some people circumvent this). When I shoot content for my justforfans it’s with models who have provided ID and consent forms. Also it’s really obvious that a film is being shot because there’s lighting, cameras and cables everywhere. Plus a cameraman sometimes! The film looks good I hope… but the actual production of it isn’t very conducive to a relaxing sensual massage 🙂.

I believe in some jurisdictions (including mine), secret recording is not illegal as long as one person being recorded knows it (presumably the person doing the recording!)

I think the OF/JFF/etc sites have evolved a lot over the past couple years as the legal landscape has been shifting as they became more high profile.  They don't want to be associated with illegal content, revenge porn, etc, and they rely in their content creators to comply with applicable laws such as 18 USC sec. 2257. 

I believe now most performers on these sites favor openly filming because they get a superior product for lighting, sound, camera angles, etc.  That would be harder with a hidden camera.  I do think earlier on there were a number posting content where their partners may not have been aware of being filmed, but the sites have cracked down on that.  In 2021, Xtube had to shut down primarily because they had so much user uploaded content that was either copyrighted, non-consensual, or just illegal, and were being sued on a number of fronts.  OF and JFF definately want to avoid that, so they are trying to keep the uploaded content above board.

I'd be more concerned about the hookup or escort that isn't an OF/JFF performer these days.  The performers are filming for content that they can post and monetize, they actually have a reputation to maintain.  It's the guys who aren't performing I'd be more worried about.

I agree with all that. Onlyfans and Justforfans are very careful about what gets posted. When I film with other registered models it’s ok because they have already provided their ID to the platform, as have I. If I film with an amateur volunteer then they have to provide their approval on the site and provide ID to confirm they are over 18. The credit card companies would not allow the sites to accept payments if these checks were not in place.

Also agree about the production quality. Good films need proper lighting, lots of cameras and performers who know where the cameras are!

It seems a lot of the OF models are on that site instead of rentmen intentionally, so they can rake in monthly subscription fees and avoid having physical contact with strangers.   Seems to be a highly lucractive business model for the hotties.
