Accidental Influence

Has a client ever really influenced you in your thoughts or tastes?  For this question I’d like to take sex off the table (even if he introduced you to sex on a table)

I mean the normally more mundane parts of spending time or simply conversing while getting acquainted during a meetup. 
Like, introduced you a new cuisine, art or music that you still enjoy? 
Recommended a book, movie or TV show that you wound up loving?

How about his visual sensibility? - his clothing, accessories (I would count ink/body mods) or his living environment? 

Use a bit of slang or terminology that was new to you?
Did he share a great story that you still relay to people (without any specific references to source, of course) “This one guy at the party told me about the time…”

Each client has their own story and I’ve had many with unique backgrounds influence my tastes over the years. I learned how to play poker from one of my clients and it’s become something that I love. The client used to hire me and we would meet at a local bath house and get the biggest room available. We would play strip poker until we were both naked and who ever won got to top 😉

As I have transitioned out of escorting and into a different career I have a special appreciation for the experiences clients have shown me, be it trying new food, an activity, or something new in the sack. I think the thing I miss most about escorting were the fun adventures I would take with clients were I got to try something new.

If I was to hazard a guess, I'd say the average age range of clients is between 35 to 65; with the majority of those being in the 40 to 55 range. There are not likely to be many young escorts who have been influenced in any way by older clients - certainly not in terms of fashion (does a 25-year-old, for instance, have the same fashion sense as a 45-year-old man? No.)

Perhaps in terms of books, movies and TV shows, there could be some influences made - however, as a general rule, these tend to be different for different age groups. 

I'd say the most likely "unintentional influence" that a client could have on an escort would be in the area of cuisine. Older people tend to have a much more diverse range of culinary tastes. 

All in all, whilst I have no doubt unintentional influences have been made from client to escort, I do doubt that it is something that happens on a regular basis. The client and the escort tend to be two very different types of people at two very different stages in life.

It’s got some wrong assumptions but he did say he was guessing. 
I’m a provider, there’s all ages in my clients but I’d say the majority are 30’s and 40’s. Almost all the other providers I know are over 30.

Whatever age you are….old is always 20 years older.

I haven't been influenced by a client, but I have a client who works in politics with Presidents so he shared some great stories.

I actually find that I have been more of an influence on clients than they have been on me. I've had clients say that I've inspired them to be healthier, eat cleaner, or look at things a different way, and I've also introduced them to film and music that they really loved.

Yes, this is relatable. I’ve had clients tell me they were inspired to explore their sex life more after hiring me which is really great to hear. One guy said he felt much more confident to try different things and enjoy himself without feeling anxious. 
I think we are all influenced in subtle ways by the people we meet whether we realise it or not. So be careful about the company you keep!
