So, I noticed a post on a new provider on Long Island who says he’s straight has started a minot ruckus. Granted, he’s hot. But, it got me to wondering, Is Straight hot for guys? Personally, if I see the word straight in a profile I generally move on, unless it says straight acting.

Some of my best sexual experiences have been with straight guys. I think the definition of straight/bi/gay mean different things to different people. I tend to prefer terms like heteroflexible/homoflexible. And you need to think is it sex or is it love that makes the definition? To me it doesn’t make the guy any more attractive if he’s straight. And it’s a ‘straight’ up no for guys who advertise as straight. Been there, done that, lesson learned.

 

That being said, when I was hiring in my 30’s and going to the gay bars every weekend, I preferred finding straight guys on sites like Craigslist because I figured it offered an extra layer of discretion. I realize now that my logic was probably flawed, but I never had any issues either as I have always been excessively cautious about who I hire or hook up with. Most of my best regulars have been straight guys, but like others have said, there are usually more limits as well.

 

I guess my opinion is that advertising ‘straight’ as a selling point is a turn off, but being a hot open minded discreet guy who happens to be straight is okay.

Not to me... I had plenty of truly straight guys while serving in the Navy... and I'm more into the BFE which something real straight guys who escort for gay men usually don't do.

I don't necessarily seek out straight-identified escorts, but I have run across a few. I can't say if they were actually straight other than by what they told me. Also, a few who've retired but I still have some type of relationship with I know they didn't see men outside escorting.
