Point taken about "get out of" versus, perhaps, "travel from?" The rest, while appreciated, was a bit of nuanced gobble-de-goop (the last part seemed to be about pre-sentencing). Epidemiology, not the law, is more my area.

Sorry about that. I tend to think about the way the legal stuff is translated into info the reader is looking for, and sometimes I overdo the particulars that I know from practicing law. I try to match what I know/can offer to what others are interested in, but sometimes end up with too much of the stuff I know and too little of what others want to know. I too appreciate your cluing me in about how my post did and didn't help answer your query.

However, if I was in law school and needed to take a course on Court Jurisdiction and Procedure. And if the course was called Derek Atlas 101 - as a working example of various jurisdictional and procedural issues with the Court. I would probably take that course.

I've always found him a perfect mix of hunky, handsome, and good at providing what his clients want. While others tend to focus on things like reports of flaking, I'm more focused on what a meet up would be like than I am on whether the meetup will happen precisely when and with less persistence on my part. A lot of the posts highlighting his instances of disappointing guys who thought they were confirmed to meet are lost on me.

He did a no-show for 2 out of 2 client requests I had for a threesome. Any new request from a client where he is requested I just tell my client not to waste his time and I immediately start looking for an alternative.

Was that in the last few months or a few years ago? He did have a no-show rep back then, but wondering if it's still a concern. Thanks.

I guess he stood me up as well. Made an appointment earlier today for 7pm; I sent him a reminder 1 hr prior and he replied immediately that he will be coming; he has been already an 1hr late and did not respond to my last message. At least, thanks to this forum I was kind of prepared that this might happen... but still, it is such a disappointment. What I don't understand is his confirmation 1hr prior that he would be coming and would be on time. Anyways, it is what it is!

jadonis trust me... i know plenty of guys like this that do the exact same thing! i really dont think they plan on doing it in a malicious way. its just they think 100% about themselves and what they are doing in the moment.

i had a guy recently that was to meet me in the afternoon. afternoon came and went. i finally got to him and he said " i didnt know it had to be exactly at x time. i got busy so i figured if i still had the time later in the afternoon that i would hit you up. if i was still busy i figured you would have figured out that we werent getting together."

this is how many young guys now think. i dont think they mean any harm... really i dont. its just that they do not think whatsoever to communicate back to the other party that is to be involved. it doesnt click in their head that they need to keep another person in the loop. sad but this is what social media and lack of parenting has done to this generation.

I’ve experienced the same thing and have realized that if the escort is over 30, I have a much better chance of meeting on the agreed date and time.

LOL Derek Atlas is well past 30, and if he was going to mature in that way I think he would have done it by now.

All true, but sad to say I'll probably still try to hire him if I make it to Vegas again. There are other men in Vegas who I know will make me feel better on another night of my stay, so if his night I end up watching TV, so be it.
