I doubt that providers will need to lower their rates and why should they? After a prolonged abstinence I'd guess they'll have horny clients queuing round the block!

I agree. He was my last hire two and one half weeks ago. I would certainly consider a third encounter but first there is this business of the pandemic and hopefully a rapid test that will allow more carefree hiring. There are rapid tests that take only 15 minutes but they are individual tests and requite special equipment. I am betting on a rapid test like a pregnancy test will be available.

As to those who do not intend to hire. That is certainly an option, but are you now not going to have sex or are you merely going to be more circumspect about the persons with whom you have sex?

If the number of cases is set to crest this month or next, and it takes 14 days for symptoms to appear after catching the virus, we could be in a good place by September. Once the number of new infections starts to diminish, hopefully in May if we all continue to distance ourselves from others, the numbers will diminish fairly rapidly.

Honestly, it’s hard to imagine a complete “return to normalcy” until there is a widely-available vaccine. When COVID-19 can be treated like an annual strain of flu, we can relax, but probably not before.
