I hope you met the guy off of rentmen.  If so, you can leave a rentmen review.  
Even though the narrative of a rentmen review is supposedly blocked for U.S. viewers, the escort and others with VPN will be able to read your review.  The escort will then know why you do not call him back for a repeat.  
It is inconceivable how dumb the escort was (is and remains) to ask to be paid for an additional ten minutes.

When one of my long-term regular providers went over by 10-15 minutes, I sort of awkwardly grabbed some 20s from my wallet and gave them to him.
I did so without him asking, as I have a good business relationship with said provider, and try to keep him happy. Plus, I don't like being in the position of owing someone something.
However, if it was a situation like described here - first meeting, not very good, only 10 minutes and at the end - @excelntsvc is correct - " I'm sorry, I thought you were watching the time" ... end of discussion." You have no motivation to pay more, since you'll never see the guy again.

In the circumstances you describe I would have replied, " your 15 minutes of fame are also up".

Completely agree, but how you treat each other is a major contributor to that chemistry.  If my guy did to me what @TumYum 's guy did, there wouldn't have been a second session.

Major short-sightedness on his part.  Even if the session was extraordinary, that would discourage me from repeating.  It could've been the start of having a repeat client which would net him much more than the few bucks for the extra 10 minutes.    
My first meeting with my first hire, who has turned into my regular "go-to" was for two hours.  We were still in bed at the two hour mark.  Even though the time was up, we still showered together, dressed, and had a pleasant 20 minute conversation before he left.  He's not a clock watcher and no mention was ever made of additional compensation.  I had such a great time and he made such a good first impression, that all subsequent sessions (and there have been several) have been overnight.  We even start a bit earlier than he normally does and he has left my place as late as 11:30 the following day.  He started calling our evenings together "date nights."  He wants to be sure I have a good time and makes me feel valued. On our last date night, we went out to a local diner the next morning and enjoyed breakfast together.  He never once looked at his phone or watch or made it appear spending time with me was an imposition.  That's how you succeed and have repeat clients.

Pity is that I met him several years ago when he was a "newbie"... he was refreshing and fun then.
But he has gotten into some very strange stuff, some of which is truly SELF-destructive.

I am a huge fan.   So glad she will experience this, she is in increasingly fragile health.   And I can't wait to see who covers her songs!
IMHO she is one of the most important musicians of our generation.   Probably one of the most wacky too!
