As a total introvert, I could never pull this off myself, but I love the idea and it would absolutely give me a warm and friendly first impression if a guy did this to me. (But I'm not a provider so perhaps I shouldn't be chiming in, but I just really loved this!)

Be pleasant and nice.  I find it to be a major ice breaker when a provider first walks in the door and reaches to shake your hand, and you pull them in for a hug.  Don't know if I should be doing that or not, but it has never failed me yet.

This. If you’re happy then so am I.

Off the top of my head, I can think of four providers with no tattoos who are young, and in shape. Two of them also do porn.
I can understand not being into someone heavily tattooed. But if a guy has one or even a few discrete tattoos but is otherwise your type, I cannot fathom caring about it.
But we're also due for the quarterly hysteria over guys wearing nail polish, so what do I know?

Ditto here. I also started hiring in my 30s (for my fetishes and fantasies). The ages of providers and regulars I see has been going up for just the reasons you said (more respectful/experienced/mature/etc.). They also have enough experience to realize that good manners can lead to repeat hires, which younger ones don't always seem to care about.
Because I look substantially younger than I really am, I also tend to be a "pleasant surprise" for escorts. Especially ones in their 30s, which has become a sweet spot.
One note - I know a lot of escorts who list being "29" for many years in a row, but like someone said, I don't care as long as they're hot.

One of the escorts I work with - he is hot and in his late 20s - actually prefers older clients.  He says they are less 'work', more appreciative and pay/tip better ... So there is that point of view
For disclosure - I am mid 60s, live in NYC and have been hiring escorts since I was 30.  For a long time, I would never hire anyone older than 30 but now I do see guys in their 30s or early 40s sometimes. The age difference has never been an issue.  As a client, if you are willing to show up on time, be clean, have a fun/respectful attitude and tip well, you will not have a problem getting appointments and repeat appointments.

    1) PARTICIPATE.
    2) know your own body and have an active idea of what you want out of the experience. Or even baseline, what it takes to get YOU off - not just to get us off (if that’s your thing). That’s ultimately what we are for - to make you happy.

We wanted to get the M Pox vaccine ASAP so we went to the government clinic at a local school. It was a nice community experience, seeing people we know, and a sense that we were protecting each other. Given that COVID had been politically insane by then, it was a nice change.

I agree that it's important to remember that this is a provider/client relationship. That said, I think there is some degree of acting but the best providers - whether you specify a BFE or not - are people who really enjoy meeting people, getting to know them, and providing them with pleasure. That part of it probably isn't an act per se. But they are definitely playing a role.

There are some really good actors out there.  Personally I prefer the ones that won't let you get too close emotionally.  I have been hiring for BFE for about 35 years and was always guarded until the past couple of years.  He is so good looking, beautiful green eyes, very passionate, great kisser. We both fight some of the same internal demons and we shared those struggles many times.  Great connection. Lots of fun and cute texts from him.  He always enjoyed my company even though I am 30 years his senior. A month ago he told me he was moving to be the third with a couple that had been together 20 years and who are between he and I in age.  I didn't think I had fallen for him but I guess I had because my heart is really broken.  This is the first time I let my guard down.  I actually am a pretty good judge of character and I don't think that was always 100% about the money or that he was always acting.  I think there was a lot of genuineness.
So be careful and remember no matter what else you feel or he says or does, it is a financial arrangement at its core.

Archeology, anthropology, and sociology are not "social justice theory." You have little knowledge of cultures outside your own, virtually no historical knowledge, and cry "social justice warrior" when you cannot produce a rational argument. It's truly an Emperor's New Clothes situation.

OP sounds like a re flag asking this question!  hahaha I jest (sort of)

I have seen a provider who when I went to tip him he said to me - keep the tip, pay for membership and leave me a review on RM. It would be more valuable to me.

I wouldn't leave a bad review for someone, unless they were dangerous.  If someone has that many positive reviews it cant be faked- it means they are doing a good job and at the least, the photos are a true reflection of how they look. If you have over 100 people confirming it, I don't know what else you need!
    Go for it! Enjoy.
