  1. hey guys...so I have never been to a bathhouse, but just curious so I don't know what to expect....so can I just go and walk around and watch?

I'm very private so probably wouldn't do anything....do I get a locker or a room? Any info? thanks.

Unless you don't want to shell out the extra money, get a room. Are you in Montreal? I miss the 456 lol.

  2. I took my car to shop #3 for 3 new tires. Just today I received an apology letter from the initial store - indicating they're sorry I wasn't happy with the service I received. Not sorry they didn't install the tires that I payed for. End result : 4 tires from 2 different places totaling $1,650, plus an I'm sorry letter. Thanks for all the input and advice. I'm from now on (it began with shop 3) going to be the lip to my nose, arms crossed, eyes glaring at the mechanics asshole watching to make sure work gets done. The others downing coffee and watching talk shows in the lounge can be their victims instead.

Maybe I missed it in one of your posts, but did you ever get any proof the tires were not changed? What was the manufacturing date(s) on the tires?

  3. I don't think I'm breaking any protocol as I haven't mentioned any names below. Within the last few months I haven't had much luck with guys, and as a result I'm taking a little break.

    1. Made a second appointment with a guy I had seen prior and had a wonderful time with. I usually book a day in advance. Two hours after my appointed time, the gentleman texts me saying he had been out to eat and left his phone in his car so he couldn't contact me. He was wondering if I still wanted to see him that night. I was no longer interested even after he lowered his rate.

    2. Booked 3rd appointment with visiting masseur after 2 successful appointments last year. When I went to confirm with him, he said he mistakenly gave my original time slot away. He was able to squeeze me in, but shorted me 15 minutes. Will not see him again.

    3. A well reviewed guy was going to be visiting DC in February. Actually had a nice chat with him on the phone. He requested a nominal security deposit. I've never given one in the past with anyone, but decided to go ahead this time. On the day of said appointment I inquired where he was staying. He informed me he never made it to DC! He said he'd get here eventually but wasn't sure when. Will I see him? No!! The icing on the cake was he texted me a few days later saying he was stuck at the mall and asked if I could I send him a few bucks to get home. He received an emphatic NO!

    4. Last night. A recent DC resident and well-reviewed masseur returned for a quick visit. I booked an appointment the day before. Confirmed a few hours before. We were all set. Arrived at his hotel 5 minutes before appointed time and asked for room #. No response to my text. Texted 15 minutes later. Still no response. I went back home. Sometime overnight I received a text from him apologizing saying he confused me with someone else and thought I had cancelled my appointment. Nope! He said he was at the movies.

Seriously, what gives??!! So when providers complain about clients flaking, realize it happens on both sides!!

They certainly sound like pros and well-worth the $250+ fee they charge. Where did you find them, leftover from Backpage or Craigslist? ;):eek:

  4. Why not ask someone at your bank? They are probably aware of potential scams. They could also tell you if the money can be removed from your account without your authorization.

  5. I told them I just bought new tires, and they laughed, saying the tires could not possibly be new.

What were you told to back up the claim that the tires weren't new? How many mechanics at shop #2 told you the tires weren't new? Usually changing a tire is done by just one mechanic. As mentioned above, checking the serial number on the tires as well as the tread depth should be easy enough to determine if the tires are new or not.

  6. We have people on this very forum who “report” on Grindr or other venues where they make a (judgemental) call regarding guys looking for gen

It’s as if Gladys Kravitz and donald trump spawned a creepy old busybody with too much time on her hands that can only make her point by subverting or insulting others and spewing misleading statements. No wonder they celebrated when she “hiked” off the other site lol.

  7. Hey Everyone, hope 2019 is kicking A#% in a good way for you! Brian here again, I wanted to come make a quick post discussing contacting and making appointments based off a experience I had tonight. The emphasis being is both sides being respectful and understanding. On either side if something comes up try not to over react and do something like block them or berate.. be understanding that sickness and stuff comes up on both ends and ultimately some people will just flake that’s understandable too. My example is that we were all see to go for 8pm. When i went to my car the battery was dead.. informed client of situation instantly. Was told to reply when fixed... cannot start, call jumpbox friend and doze off while waiting for arrival(1 hr) go outside amd try to jump to realize it’s starter. At this point I try to go back and update the client only to find a full tongue lashing threatening a “bad review” in my inbox and that I have been blocked and cannot reply... My point here is whether you are a escort being canceled on or the client just try to be understanding and give it some time before making a strong reaction. We are all human.

The guy got pissed and acted like a jerk. Even though he told you to let him know when your battery problem was fixed, maybe a couple of updates from you while you were waiting on your friend would have helped the situation. An hour (or, over an hour) seems like a long time to wait if the client believed you only needed a jump start.

  8. It's a fair question, but phrased oddly enough that I agree with the people who think the guy's shopping around for discounts. "What's a reasonable rate for an hour?" gives a different impression than "What's your rate for an hour?"

Maybe the client had a few escorts he was interested in and wanted to see who offered the best price. What's wrong with that?

  9. Further back than that....my old screen name (still there but unused - had to change to this screen name at one point to avoid a serious stalker) shows my join date of 1969. That year of course was a device to all of us who were around from the beginning when we upgraded to newer, moderated forum software.

I know I posted in 1999-2000, so HooBoy (R.I.P.)and I were are around that far back, ;)

Wow. I didn't realize you'd been a member since 1999. Not many of us left. I could have sworn I found this site in 1998, but I've seen other posts saying the site was started in 1999.
