Slightly unusual situation. A guy from The building next door to my flat wants to book me in. He is literally a minute walk from

My building. Which would mean we would shop at the same supermarket and get on the same busses and so on.

 

My question is what would you do? Would you accept the booking or decline because of how close he is to your home?. I also live with my mum so it could be a bit awkward!

You’re right, you are calling an escort and not an ambulance. So asking “how quickly can you get to XYZ address” sounds like you’re having an emergency. You’re not. You’re just putting your needs over the other person, just because you think your “little cash” has priority (your words, not mine).

 

Also it’s not “making a choice” to forgo revenue. It’s already doing something other than vegetating by the line, being unproductive and waiting on someone to schedule. Which is often unpredictable. Now, I don’t mind leaving the gym early or not going at all if I do get a spur of moment appointment. But I can’t drop what I’m doing EVERYTIME that happens. So, what works for me is to simply SPELL IT OUT IN WRITING. Every business that does this type of work does the same. Even when you order catering, they say 24 hours notice.

 

Other times it’s not even a matter of doing other things, it’s not even being given enough time to make something happen. Ask yourself, if an escort hit you up out the blue, how soon would YOU be ready to stop what you’re doing, get in the car and go see them? Just because the transaction is different, doesn’t mean the dynamics are.

 

For an escort who lives downtown in the city, and doesn’t travel, maybe doesn’t have a car and uses Lyft/Uber...10 minutes notice probably works for them. They can see someone in 10 minutes, because everything is close by and it doesn’t take much to plan. But not everyone operates the same.

Just because you can't make an appointment on short notice doesn't mean there's not another escort available that can. If you're gonna be pissed at someone, be pissed at the escorts that are providing a service that you can't.

A number of years ago I stopped hiring escorts, with the exception of TB of course and KJ (who was nothing but a gentleman to me), and every time I see a post like this, I'm reminded of why. You (like a generous number of clients) can read but can not comprehend. I do not “need” my transportation paid for by the client. As a method of filtering who is a fraud and who is not, an Uber is requested if the client is out of the way (i.e. Manhattan to Long Island or Manhattan to Suffolk County...if you are familiar with the city at all). And at the request of the client, i’ll gladly deduct that from my rate (a generous offer) and the flakes refuse...because there was no intention of this arrangement actually occurring. Real clients do not mind. At all. If you want to bring dick to you that is not conveniently located near you, unfortunately you have to pay. Have you ever used Seamless? There’s a delivery minimum, correct?

You think it’s flakey behavior if the client balks on paying for your Uber? Maybe they stop responding to you because they find an escort that doesn’t need his transportation cost paid for by the client.
