Yup, that's the reason I don't hire younger escorts anymore.
I recently cancelled an appointment with a Latino boy because he was going to be 90 minutes late.

Whether you like intact or circumcised, there is no need to call the other one gross or mutilated or less-than or ‘other’. It’s mean and unnecessary. It serves no purpose except to put others down. 
Same goes for kinks and fetishes. Everyone has a yum. Everyone has a yuk. There is no need to emphasize the yuk. Share what you DO like and celebrate those things.

Circumcision doesn’t excuse us from teaching our kids good hygiene habits and sex ed. There is no opt-out option for babies. We (society) imposed this on our newborns without their consent. Too bad if you don’t want an altered body as an adult. In my mind, baby circumcision is akin to piercings and tattoos without one’s consent.
To Jews, it’s a sacred practice of expressing outwardly with one’s body that he is set apart and chosen. That’s beautiful, but it still decides something permanently for the kid without his consent, whether he wants to practice his family’s tradition or not. It kind of defeats the set-apart symbolism purpose when the vast majority of gentiles in a given place are circumcised.

We go around this wheel all the time here. Only you have ownership of your sexual preferences. As long as you're not a child molester or a rapist it's no one's place to judge what you like ( or dislike ) or  make negative comments about one's right to express said likes (or dislikes)

Those are purposeful acts and adaptations that someone chose to perform and implement: 
One’s uncircumcised penis is something that they are born with. And one’s circumcised penis is something that they more than likely did not choose. 
This is why using pejorative terms to the latter is considered offensive and inappropriate.

If they don't like an intact penis, that's their prerogative but there's no need for call it 'gross' simply because it hasn't been mutilated. I do it because I want the provider to get a clear picture of what he’s working with. If I was a provider, it’s definitely what I’d want to know. 

I may not do that in the initial text but I definitely provide my stats and send a photo. As I say to them "I know a lot about you so it's only fair for you to know some about me." I think it's only fair, that way it eliminates an element of Surprise! Surprise!

Reason for this is: in the states at least, you simply can’t get use the word “deposit” on RentMen. They will delete it just like they deleted rates. I can’t say deposit in my ad, but I’ve been able to use other code that is quite clear on the deposit asked.

I’ll tell you why (I know that’s probably not what you want). Because one particular person went from stating an opinion, to then recommending others not to do something. Now, with everything said: it does make me question if I want to continue deposits…however at this particular point in my life, I’m not sure its the right timing to get rid of it, even with business being slow. If I’m such a scammer, or my rates are too high, why are you still trying to get in contact with me 🤔 
But as stated: I’ve been in the industry without deposits, longer than I have been with. The only difference is, I’m not going extra miles hoping the client is real; nor taking last minute or advanced bookings at a loss.

Okay let's get back to the basic question of follow or ignore.
I tend to follow the autoresponder instructions if I am really interested in the provider, understanding that he may not be checking the site regularly. I would even say that I like autoresponder because I get an instant response which provides helpful information in most cases. I also realize that providers aren't sitting in front of their laptop or staring at their phone waiting to reply instantly to messages on the app. At least when I text someone directly I know there is a better likelihood of him seeing the  message sooner than a message left on the app. 
Plus I'm a sub so I always follow orders/instructions.😈

I want my work to pay me upfront before I do the work.  It's a Shame there's no return policy on providers who think all they have to do is show up.

Well that’s fine, do what you please. If you wish (not saying you are) to be selfish, uncompromising and self-centered when it comes down to deposits: That’s your choice. But where it becomes an issue is when you reiterate it like it’s some type of disadvantage or wrong doing on the part of the escort.

I do agree with some things you said in is. It will be interesting to watch how rentmen is in a few years. I strongly do believe they need a feature that pays the provider if Clients cancel or flake . 

By all means, if you choose to…just know your decision to post this was well appreciated. Understanding both the escort and client sides and mending the divide between paying and not paying deposits, is something that is going to be a factor in the future of advertising and something I hope can be more widely accepted.
