I’m not interested in a provider who wants over $1000 for an ON under 12 hrs. I’ve had one prospective provider insist an ON was 6 hrs for all providers. I didn’t know anything about escorting when I insisted it’s at least 12 hrs. He also wanted $2500 for 6 hrs ?

Sometimes providers hold off on telling you their ON rate til they hear what you’re looking for. It’s good to communicate.

Your argument is serious. It’s just the point is it’s not provable that young people are doing a worse job wearing masks. That’s the flaw. The conclusion is “Since this thing is still spreading and young people are out and about, they must not be wearing masks like they should be.” I’m asking for the data that supports THAT assertion. I have yet to see it. It’s all anecdotal. Like I said, most of the poor mask wearers that I see are actually people who are older. You don’t need to point out to me how serious it is, condescendingly or not. I understand it just fine. What are you failed to do was follow the logic of the question I posed. You answered a different question altogether.

It is a serious statement because it doesn’t address what I asked. And neither do the articles posted from months ago in post #28. I didn’t ask if young people were a sizable vector. I asked where the data comes from that says how well anyone, let alone younger people, is wearing a mask.

I’m not denying that young people aren’t wearing masks correctly. But this “data” that we hear about – how is it collected and by whom? Again, not questioning its veracity. I’m asking where it’s coming from. One of the reasons I ask is because, to my knowledge, we have scant-to-no-reliable data on how well anyone is doing wearing a mask, except the observations of people. Anecdotally, from my experience, it’s the younger folks who are wearing the mask and wearing it properly. The older generations either refuse to wear it outright or might as well go without because their nose is hanging out.

Your reaction is over the top. Try reading Lucky’s post with charity instead of suspicion. As for me, as much as you gripe, it does seem you’re unhappy escorting. I don’t rightly care if you’re happy or not, but you come across as a miserably unhappy, entitled, arrogant jerk at times. You’re free to talk about whatever you want to and however you want to, but anyone is also free to draw conclusions about you based off that talk as well. Your talk isn’t immune from consequences. What’s a good standard for you is a good standard for everyone else.

I have a beard in order to not look 3 years old. People think I’m older than I am with a beard. I wouldn’t mind being a daddy if it means younger guys would look at me. I don’t think my physique would lend itself to them looking my way when I’m older though. Some younger guys are into bigger guys, to be sure, but that tends to be more chasers than boys – not that there’s anything wrong with that.

At some point, us newbies would like to have a conversation of our own about a topic and not resurrect an ancient thread. If the topic revisited in a new thread is tiresome, you don’t have to participate.
