Those must have been quite the blips on the radar screen...

Many cultures eat carp - particularly those that rely on freshwater fish in areas far from a coastline. So technically, I would say that goldfish would be a possible menu item if allowed to grow to a marketable size, but why bother if other species of carp are available without the need to crossbreed for external appearance?

David Archuleta Says He's 'Some Form of Bisexual' After Coming Out
CuriousByNature replied to wayout's topic in The Lounge
The other possibility is that he honestly assumed he was bisexual because he had conflicting and complicated feelings for both men and women. Given the compounding issue of his former beliefs, I imagine his journey to express his truth may be more convoluted than simply avoiding admitting he is gay. I'm not very familiar with all the terminology, but doesn't 'queer' include bisexuality - perhaps being an even broader label than bisexual? He mentions wanting to marry a man, but that doesn't preclude him from still being bisexual, does it? -
Just to clarify, I only made the comment about you being socially awkward because you referred to yourself as being socially awkward in your post back on December 26, 2021. This was in the string 'Nevermind', and you wrote: "I am socially awkward. I don't think I can handle the night club environment around so many people. I am also not that young (late 30s)." I agree that language differences are a significant consideration, and English is very difficult to learn as an adult, from what I've heard. Nobody should ever call anyone stupid or dumb, whether or not that person is making the statement based on race, or any other characteristic. When I made the post about social awkwardness, it was out of concern that you may have been alienated by the forum. It's good to see you are back

Well, he is a pirate after all. Now had he shown up with a parrot on his shoulder...

Mathsantos must be borrowing someone's Private Jet.

Well, he's clearly not a travel agent. -
Wow those places look great. And compared to many 3-bed apartments in Toronto and Vancouver, they seem like a good deal even with the exchange rate. But those monthly fees are huge...

Perhaps you are more hung than you realize, or maybe he has only been with guys who are less hung than you? I'm always confused by the term 'well hung' because there isn't really a definition for it, is there?

Which is one reason why I only buy unopened packaged of Fruit of the Loom. And because most doctors recommend at least some fruit each day.

Of course there's a risk in wearing underwear made from bamboo....

I agree. And living in a city that is popular with tourists reinforces the notion that it is a desireable place to be.

I'm not familiar with either KC or St.L., but it sounds like relocating may be a good idea. I think there are lots of places that do not get progressively worse. Perhaps do some online searches and look for the best cities for the various characteristics you prioritize. But first really know what your priorities are for a good quality of life, and be honest with yourself about which priorities are negotiable.

It allows me to live vicariously through the experiences of those who have more excitement in their lives than I have!

This forum has some strings with good stories - I'm thinking of the 'True Travel Stories' thread, but since the pandemic that has not really been updated much. There is also a blog done by @BenjaminNicholas which has really good stories based on his experiences, and it's thoroughly readable because he is a great writer as well. Sorry, I can't recall its title at the moment and can't search from this old phone...

I have never met with anyone, so perhaps my view is not necessary - but I wonder if a better approach is to just say, "Thanks for the info, I'll be in touch if I decide to proceed", rather than stating that you do not pay that much? He may have thought you were trying to negotiate with him. Donation requests follow the same laws of supply and demand as anything else, I imagine, and if his requested amount is indeed too much, he may need to adjust it accordingly at some point. Regardless, I think it is important to respect the donation amount he has chosen, even if it means you decide not to meet.

What vaccines do I need if I'm sexually active?
CuriousByNature replied to San Angelo's topic in Men's Health
I wondered about that. I thought it was only approved for people who are 45 and under, because the vast majority of people will have been exposed to it by that age. I'm one of the outliers, who is now over 45 but has never been sexually active. So I would hope I could still be eligible for that vaccine... but I wonder if any pharmacy has ever dealt with someone who is still a virgin at almost 50. I feel like I am the last Dodo bird - LOL -
I suppose if the homeowner's and Heche's insurance is insufficient to cover costs, then it is understandable to sue the estate. But it would be a second tragedy for the kids if they end up without any financial stability.

I'm not a doctor, but I understand that there are a number of serious infections that can result in multiple organ failure, regardless of whether there is a history of drug use. Hopefully whatever meds are being administered will combat the source effectively. Some bacterial infections have become much more resistant to antibiotics through overprescribing or misprescribing antibiotics.

I haven't seen hide nor hair of @big dale posting for quite a long time. Does anyone know what happened to him? I'm hoping he is doing alright...
