The above posters are correct: dancers are never fully nude at the Tin Room. A number of them do flaunt hard-ons or semi's in their speedo type bikini underwear, which can, in some cases, be enticing! The last few times I've been there (not on a weekend, though) the dancers have not been that engaging with the patrons.
 
In the past, I have met a few gems at Tin Room but they were usually guys visiting Dallas from other states or other countries, and they nearly always approached me by introducing themselves and asking my name before asking if I'd like to "see more" in a private lap dance or three!
 
Never met a guy there I'd be interested in hiring, though. I'd suggest checking it out on a weekend, though. I'm sure there might be more (and hotter!) guys on display on Friday or Saturday nights!

Most strip clubs have an "Amateur Night" to try out and recruit new talent. Also from what I've seen, interested men just walk in like any other patron, and if they like the place and the vibe they ask any person working there, (usually the bartender or DJ knows) who the manager is or to whom they should direct their enquiry. After that they just go up to the person, introduce themselves and they'll be told. I've seen guys walk in from the street and within the hour stripping and making money!

Just got back from Trenton Ducati's dreadful Porn Disco party at Ccbc in PS. However, I can confirm there are gogo boys at Chill Bar and Hunters down the street on Saturday night. Major red flag!

How do I ask a massuer if they can really do a massage? Too often I find guys who feel undressing and showing their dick is all I need. Reviews often dont help, as everyone is looking for something different, I guess.
I dont mind a HE or more, I just prefer some good massage work first, and I dont want to be injured.
Any help on my approach would be most appreciated.

A client is hiring for a specific purpose/experience and regardless of their physical appearance I try to do my best to make sure they receive the exact service they requested. As long as you go into it with a positive attitude you are more likely to receive a positive outcome.

Like everything else here, I don't think there is a 100% certain, foolproof answer. However, it may help you to ask them if they do the massage on a table or a bed. In my experience, masseurs who are serious about massage will strongly prefer working on a table. If a guy does it on a bed (especially for incalls), he's probably more about the sexual aspects of the meeting.
