He wrote something very rude to me which  is really poor customer service and a bit a narcissistic via rentmasseur messaging portal. He had ignored my SMS text messages so I communicated that fact to him via the rentmasseur portal. This is what he wrote "Yeah, I stopped  replying to you after you asked me for my rates because I assume you didn't ready my ad which has them stated at the very top"

Well,
He sent me his detailed description rate list. His cheapest 1 hour rate is $600, although that does include both nude and a happy-ending. (doesn't say by whom).  His laying on top of you nude gets another $200 and additional increments of 30 minutes are all at the same rate ($300).
Damn good thing I'm not too horny and am semi occupied today.

No show for me. Texted him on Sunday and he said he was booked through Tuesday. Booked something for Wednesday, gave him my address and directions and he replied with, "lmk if anything changes". Sent him a text an hour before we were to meet telling him I snagged a parking spot for him right outside my building. No response and no show at appointment time.
UPDATE: Later in the day, he texted that he had broke his screen the night before and couldn't see or respond to anything. Apologized and asked if I'd like to reschedule. Unfortunately, it was my only time available.

I've seen Topher and would not repeat. He performed the massage on a bed, and I found it to be weak and repetitive. 

If they're truly flexible, you can then throw out various dates and expect them to pick one that works best.

Never met him.  He quoted me $800 for 100 minutes last year.  His Twitter turned me off as he was very boastful of his straightness.

On his social media, he indicates a massage from him is free until December 23. No idea what the catch is, but I'd imagine it's only for first-timers, only valid once, and may be for an extremely short duration of time. If near Austin, Texas, this could be worth it, from the reviewers here.

I had Federico last night and let me tell you, he is fucking superb. Not only is he sexy, but he has some strong hands and fingers and was able to get in between and activate muscles that I never knew existed. He consistently checked in with me and readjusted any pressure, and was not shy about working my thighs and glutes with his forearms. Definitely enjoyed his technique and will be going back to him.

Saw him awhile back. It was last minute, but it was a truly awful experience. Agreed on an hour for a rate, and then he tried to wrap it up in about 30 mins! I said something and gave another half-assed 15 mins. I was there for a massage, but he seems to cater to a different clientele. I absolutely would not repeat. 

First he spent more time on my glutes than most providers and the technique was quite relaxing, he also has an interesting way of massaging your feet, felt amazing,  he's kneeling between your legs when you're face down, bends your leg from the knee and massages your feet.  Your hand also serves as a " package rest" during some of the massage.  Different but good experience

I’m not turned off by someone who only lists as therapeutic if the starting price isn’t outrageous, although MF doesn’t allow anything approaching sensual.  
Rico was traveling and his rate was a little higher, but still reasonable and he absolutely gave me my money’s worth. 
I do agree that if I reach out I want them to confirm the rate listed, but if that rate is $100, I don’t expect anything but a fully clothed, therapeutic massage.
