Personally, it’s make or break for me. If someone doesn’t have a table for incalls and/or doesn’t travel with one for outcalls, I’m not interested, regardless of rate or looks.

I've had one massage where the release was essentially first then a massage. I prefer the build up throughout the massage, that's much more enjoyable.

this is paramount info for me. It’s the first thing I check about masseur’s services/amenities. Some remain vague in ads.

As a client, I wouldn't know the difference between types of oil, except maybe coconut because I could smell coconut.

I hope that you will write a review and post it on rentmen, if you are a rentmen "(premium member)".
Deceptive advertisements, like this guy has, should be disclosed via a review and posted to the providers'  advertisement regardless if the client is paying rentmen a fee to have a so-called premium acccount.
By requiring clients to pay a fee to post a review (most rentmen clients are not paying users), rentmen actually contributes to these scam-type advertisements.
Clients are receiving a major disservice from rentmen because of rentmen's restriction of not allowing provider reviews except from paying rentmen clients.

That’s really messed up. I’m sorry he took advantage of you. It’s commonplace the whole bait-and-switch, then try to extort you in person routine. Many don’t give a massage for the whole time, say 10, 15, 30 mins tops, much less a quality massage. Or even a massage at all!
Thank you for reporting him here. He won’t last long if he’s treating people this way. For every one of you, there are probably a handful of others who give in to the extortion tactics, sadly. Otherwise there wouldn’t be a motive or market for this kind of provider behavior. Eventually it will catch up to him, it always does.
He’s not a masseur. From his RM profile:
    “Fitness Model & Content Creator”
Be wary of ads like this. They are MODELS, not masseurs. That’s the service, not massage. You’re paying to be in close proximity to someone pretty and/or an influencer somewhat “famous” (not really). He’s similar to a stripper in that sense, except these guys don’t dance or even create a fun atmosphere. He’s used to being put on a pedestal online for his content creation which he curates no doubt together with other hotties. It’s a narcissistic echo chamber. Nothing wrong with creating content and getting paid for it. But there’s a great deal wrong with marketing yourself as a masseur and offering nothing resembling that service, and extortion for promised but not provided services to boot.
Seems a stretch to say he doesn’t do xyz. His profile has hole flexing videos for crying out loud! Apparently everything is on offer, but probably only for outrageous prices, I’m sure. Any idea what he was charging for typical escort services?
If you’re in San Diego again, come see me. I will give you a high quality massage, be upfront about everything, and follow through on it. No games, no guesswork, no pressured upselling nonsense. FYI I’m moving back there in a few months, in August 2023.

I also think it would be helpful if the reviewer could provide some self-description. We often read that "mileage may vary by..." so this might give some indication if the provider has a pattern of acting differently with different ages/body types etc.

How are Spas defined? How are Strip Clubs defined? It seems to me there are Sex Venues (sex clubs, back rooms, video arcades, play parties, bathhouses, strip clubs, etc.) the purpose of which is a location to get down and dirty one way or another. And then there are legitimate (or mostly legitimate) Spas, the purpose of which is some kind of luxurious body treatment. There could be other ways to categorize venues also. I think what I am looking for on COM is info on places to get down and dirty.

Not high priority but I would like the reviewer to have the option to enter (or not enter) their age, doesn't have to be exact, maybe check a box 40's,50's, 60's,etc. A review by someone near my age would have more relevance for me.

So, we are asking a question about presence/absence of foreskin but want a yes/no answer. Does "yes" mean "yes, he is uncut" or "yes, he is cut?" My suggestion is "Cock - cut" and a drop-down or radio buttons reading "Yes" and "No." We are asking about size, which is pretty explicit, so "Cock-cut" seems like it would be OK.
Regarding drug use, I agree with @RadioRob about omitting the question. We've established that some guys state "PNP" and mean it is OK for the client, but they don't partake while others mean weed, while still others mean using poppers.
An addition I think would be useful is body hair. We've also established that some clients like shaved and smooth, while others like naturally smooth but not shaved, while others like natural body hair.

I feel like with the safe-sex question, this can be the only way. I think it just varies too much from encounter to encounter for it to be in the item record. Let's keep it simple though. Condoms used? Yes/No. That's pretty straightforward.

Perhaps consider how the review site will differenciate between a “massage” and “escort” experience.  I think it is fair to say more than a few of us would appreciate that distinction.

Right or wrong, to me in this context PNP means meth meth and only meth. Other "party drugs" (of which I admittedly have no first-hand experience) don't provide the quick, intense, sex-enhancing high of methamphetamine. Meth addiction is a major scourge among gay men, and its use is largely tied to sex.  Recovering addicts often say they cannot experience sex sober like it was when they were using, and have to learn all over again how to enjoy sex without the high.  It's hardly surprising to see it featured one way or another among providers and on the hookup apps.
That is NOT to assume that any provider advertising PNP is an addict or otherwise deeply involved with the drug. Doubtless there are clients who wish to use during sessions and want a provider who is cool with that, but it does indicate that the conversation is open to whether and how meth might factor into any encounter.
For me, it's absolutely a big old red flag.

Well the profile has only existed for a few weeks and there's not much to go on in there. So to me, the PNP stands out as does a few pics that reinforce that this escort is probably into PNP.
It may be somewhat common and that's fine. But I just did a search in Denver and less than 20 percent of escorts listed PNP in their profiles.
So whether you're looking for a PNP escort or not, this particular thread now points that out pretty quickly. I think that is likely useful either way.
