The eyes. You can learn so much about a person by looking in his eyes.

It isn't just humor, I find myself self-censoring, especially at work where everyone's raw nerves are on their skin. I mostly just listen these days to avoid offending anyone, and possibly getting written up. Every very common expressions that I've used my entire life and just sort of pop out unless I've super careful will trigger someone.

This again shows how much has changed. Today, when I hear the phrase "easy going company culture" all sorts of red flags instantly go up.

A few years ago I lived in a condo that faces a building with floor to ceiling glass walls. There was a guy who regularly cleaned naked, including the windows where he spent more time than strictly necessary. But I don't think he was hired. It stopped, and I asked a neighbor who'd heard that someone had called the police. No more eye candy.

If you haven't heard anything back an unfriend is in order. He probably just sent friend requests to a whole bunch of people.

spider got a reaction from Colton in Do you find tip jars at parties tacky?
For awhile hiring valet parking service for parties was a thing in our neighborhood. There was plenty of street parking so it just seemed like showing off. Then the crooks figured it out and they'd set up a parking service and then make off with the cars.

My experiences in this are from the NYC area, but they do parties unlike the way most of the country does them.  If it is a cash bar, then I have no problem with a tip jar, but if the host is providing free liquor, and this goes for valet parking also, then a tip jar is not only in inappropriate, but the host is being billed for tips for the staff ( I have hosted such events).  I know of one such event where the bartender had a jar out and the host had it removed.  I remember leaving on such event and there was a sign at the valet stand stating that the host had provided the gratuities for the valet staff.

On the buyer side you'd better get the biggest baddest home inspection you can find. A flippers motive is to buy low, dress it up a cheaply as they can, and then sell it for a big profit.  You never know what's hidden behind those perfect new walls.

It's not in your interests to buy from a flipper either. There was a series on Discovery about house flippers that I used to watch. To be honest, I don't know what people buying or selling to them were thinking about. The flipper would buy a house for an inflated lowered price, then do some siding repair and sell it. It's similar to buying and selling second-hand cars. They do their best to make the house look attractive; unfortunately, you just buy the wrap of the candy most of the time.

One of the advantages of living in a big city and using a big medical center. The the existence of tools like MyChart.  My results are there for me to look at - often before I'm home. A small benefit now is that I can download my vaccine records from there right to my phone - saves lugging around the stupid covid card!
But to the OP - so sorry for all this. You one should have to go through something that unprofessional.

It's possible. I've done it with a guy I've hired before. I was sort of in a place where I needed a good hug. We started the session with some extended hugging and cuddling before things started to heat up. Great sex ensued.
It wasn't planned, I just said "mind if we cuddle a bit" and he said "its your time..."

I've asked similar questions and to a person they have an exit strategy. Some are mundane like being a realtor or some type of sales (hey, selling yourself as a RM is good training I'd think, many are in some sort of IT, web designer, etc. I've lost track of one who I think has made the leap who was in sort of corporate position that involved scheduling meets around zoom calls. They had a plan, were socking away the money and generally realized the someday they'd age out of the business.
