Sounds like you took a deposit. He changed the terms. You refused to agree to the changes. You refused to return the deposit. He reported it to RM. Is that about right? If so, I’m surprised RM deleted your account based on one event. I wouldn’t be surprised if they allowed him to post a bad (albeit perhaps unfair) review if he contacted you through RM. But delete the account of a paying customer (i.e. you) after one such event? I’m sorry but that doesn’t pass the "smell test". I’m guessing there’s more to the story.

I was trying to think through my own list of service providers on this one….. Doctor…no. Dentist….no. Lawyer…no. Trainer….no. Auto-mechanic….no. Landscaper…..no. Plumber….no. Electrician….no. Driver…no. Waiter….no. Massage therapist….no. Manicurist…no Honestly, the only "yes" I did come up with was occasionally for a caterer, but they have significant expenses for food and drink prior to the event and I understand wanting a deposit in those scenarios. And no….an enema is not a "significant expense"….it’s just a warm, wet, pain in the ass.
