I’m not a big fan of these “medical expense” loan companies. In general, they are not scams....but that doesn’t mean they’re not evil. I understand the doctors position, he/she doesn’t want to get stuck financing your healthcare, but I think referring patients to the loan agencies is unethical. Patients can find their own financing. By referring patients to them, the doctors are tacitly endorsing the loan agency. In fact, that’s the entire business model these companies are based on. Use the patient’s trust in their physician to exploit them. To me.....that’s evil.

I agree....usually. However, when I first started hiring I intentionally sought out an escort that offered both. I would hire him for one hour of massage and one hour of escorting. It wasn’t to save money. It was because I was still very young and nervous about the whole “money for sex” thing. The one hour massage allowed me to calm down a little bit and open up. Instead of wham bam...it was more of a mentoring relationship. I happen to love massage and I love fucking. It was a nice way to combine both. And although I am not the innocent child I once was, I would love to find that type of arrangement again. A provider that can do both skillfully is incredibly rare. So yes, “usually” you are right.....but not always.

You need to buy an entirely new system. PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, Wi-fi, router..... Who ever thought we'd be arguing that a bone marrow transplant is worse than living with HIV? My how times have changed! And for the record this is more of an interesting scientific blip....than a cure all. Many others have attempted this same "cure" and failed. There's a reason you haven't heard of another case in the last ten years. It wasn't for lack of trying. In fact all the other attempts either died from the treatment or had their HIV return. Also, there is a strain of HIV that is immune to this treatment. I understand there are a few more "in the pipeline" that may also be "cured" but they're waiting for at least a year to pass before declaring them "cured"

I’ve been in Vegas several times during shows. It’s fun to walk around looking at all the beef on display. Most of them are narcissistic and insecure show ponies who get off on the attention. In fact, with so many of them around, they seem to be even more anxious for attention than usual. There is an uptick on RM of muscle....but it’s mostly of the expensive vanilla muscle worship variety. I can do that for free on the casino floor. I don't see the point of paying for it.
