My best friend could be my son. Another close friend and outdoors buddy has two young kids. Both are straight. I simply relate much better to millennials and older Zoomers than I do to fellow boomers. There aren’t many peers who have the energy level I have so that rules out a lot of people my age or even 10-15 years younger. I need to lift, run or ride every day. That said, still am close to a high school friend, which we both are grateful for.

Well said! Just started reading iGen by Jean Twenge, PhD. She describes this isolation well. I have a coterie of 20-something providers and I treat them well and they reciprocate. I’m not engaging as many newbies from that age cohort anymore.

I love wearing them. Keeps me hard for several hours. I’ve never needed V or other drugs. I like my providers to wear them too.

I’d also suggest that now is the time to hire a coach. Even though I’m muscular and know a vast array of workout routines, when I’m in my home base I still see my coach three times a week.
