I could care less what the staff think of my visitors. In fact, I often kiss them when I meet them in the lobby. No one really cares anyway. And I always check my folio before I leave to make sure the bill is correct. -
We had a positive online interaction, but now I’ve heard nothing. I rarely hire travelers since I’m never sure how many they’re booked to see. Oh well, just saved some money.

None of these would have merited my attention in the first place. Fortunately about 80% of my hires have been good to great, the other 20% were mediocre. I’ve become far more discerning in the past five years, though, to my benefit. I’m sorry your experiences were so mediocre to bizarre.
