Over the last two years, Dr. Joel Pash has injected dermal filler into around 600 Bay Area penises. The CEO of Upsize, a nationwide penile enlargement franchise that’s headquartered in San Francisco’s Stonestown mall, Pash charges patients up to $10,800 (the XL package) to increase their girth by 1 to 1.5 inches, a size boost that lasts for around two years.

In general, length rather than girth tends to be at the top of the enhancer’s to-do list, “but up to this point, there was nothing simple—or safe—to be done,” said Pash.

But everything changed with the insertion of Bryan Johnson into the quantified self scene.

The suddenly-everywhere multimillionaire longevity guru has developed a cult following through his attempts to cheat death via young blood transfusions and his Blueprint diet. Among Bay Area biohackers, he’s “legit” said Jeff Tang, 26, the founder of Eat Blueprint, a meal delivery startup based on Johnson’s nutritional program. “He’s serious about using data to build community and increase longevity.”

On Jan. 31, Johnson posted his penis protocol on X: 100 units of Botox had been injected into his penis, resulting in a 1 centimeter increase in flaccid length and increased hardness and sexual satisfaction.

Inspired by longevity guru Bryan Johnson, men are turning to injections in hopes of adding size and enhancing 'penile performance.’

Size matters for some, more than others.

    I don't agree.

I stayed at a small hotel in Barcelona where the doors were closed at midnight. If you were out late (as most people are) you were supposed to ring thr bell and the attendant would come unlock the door for you.

Knowing I had likely woken up the young fellow I said thanks and tipped him.

He threw is back at me.

I've had other instances where desk clerks or service people outside of the restaurant industry look at me like I'm crazy when I tip for small accommodations that to me go beyond the standard of their job title.

If you offer politely, they can accept/reject politely.  A polite decline has happened to me, no one has ever thrown a bill back at me. But there are douchebags everywhere so there is that. See chart below as of 2023.

After the past few years of hybrid working, I'm starting a new role that will have me fully remote.  My current workstation was kind of a stopgap for the pandemic, it's mainly just a longer table and it doesn't offer any other features like cable managment, etc.

I'm looking to upgrade to a adjustable standing desk.  I'm looking for manufacturer recommendations.  I'm looking for models that are long enough to support a dual 27" monitor setup with a laptop stand and provides some cable management.  A robust, smooth, motor action would also be a priority.  A bonus would be if they also offer matching file cabinets/shelves as add-ons.

    Thanks guys.

I always check Wirecutter before making a purchase on a big ticket or unknown item. 😁

His RM profile is active? 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yes, he is back in NYC. The gist of our conversation was: he is looking for twinks to film content with.

I will never understand why a good looking man like Jenner wanted to slap on a set of tits and walk around in a dress in high heels...but at least the guy/gal makes sense once in a while.

Is it really a case of not understanding it...or not accepting it?  I am sure she can live without your understanding or acceptance.  If you really crave understanding, the American Psychological Association wrote an excellent article on it in 1975.

Morning. Have recently had a few even more exorbitant fees presented to me by providers. $700 for an hour if the provider is expected to ejaculate. Then another quoted $900. My go-too response is to say I respect their rate but can't afford it. One has lowered his rate.

I want to respect the rise in costs in everyones lives, but at the same skeptical when price gouging seems what is driving fees. An ongoing discussion on this forum. And in general these days. Thoughts?

This hasn't been my experience. Perhaps it has something to do with your location or the type of guys you are reaching out to (traveling guys).

He then said he would insist on a payment beforehand. I sent a little less than half.

Never pay upfront. If you do decide to take a chance and provide a deposit up front, always use PayPal "Paying for an item or service" with a description "Vendor deposit".  That way, if he disappears you can file for a refund by telling PayPal the vendor did not show up.  PayPal is usually quite good at charge backs if you have an established account for more than a year and no history of frequent charge backs. 🤓

Hi all- have been a forum reader for years but not so much a poster. However, this time I’m trying to elicit some help after trying to find a provider locally.

I’ve hired providers in the past, but have mostly stuck with 1 where we’ve built up a connection over the years. As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that the emotional connection has become just as important as the physical attraction. (I hired someone recently, which physically might have been the most beautiful man I’ve ever touched. He was nice, sweet but because we didn’t connect the sex part was not as fun as it should have been 😀)

So, trying to see if anyone has any recommendations for NYC based providers that would be a fit for me?

    • friendly, intelligent.
    • I’m in my early forties. While age isn’t a huge issue if we connect, but I have generally realized guys 35+ are better suited for me.
    • Muscular
    • I Love kissing, cuddling, having someone play the flirty alpha type.
    • just want someone to make me feel attractive and desired

I really don’t want to come across as a choosy little queen. I don’t have much of a dating life so I’ve had to turn to other ways…

Not clear on what you are looking for...top or bttm?

Also, I had mentioned the package price to a New York boy I’ve been seeing and he countered. This is a really good deal and goes to my point in the escort rate thread how these seeking boys are disrupting the escort pricing market.

Sounds like a very good deal...take it or send him my way!! 😉😉

What is acceptable percentages as tips to independent providers (those not working at a spa) for therapeutic, sensual, and erotic massages? And if there were extra add-ons (no upcharge) from what "style" of massage booked?

If there was a "frequently asked" section here, you would find this topic at the top of the list.  With no consensus. 10% will say zero tip, 10% will say 100% tip...and the rest will be somewhere in between.  I choose to tip for excellent service, but apply judgment as to the size of tip - based on service, fee, experience and history with companion.

I’ve been participating in my company sponsored 401k program for 35 years but curious to know if I’m able to open a Roth IRA account as well? I know there are contribution limits to retirement accounts but considering that it’s post-tax, do the same guidelines apply?  Not a financial expert by any means, but just curious on ways to save more. I’ve got a good nest egg with my 401K but know it will be taxed upon withdrawal. I’ve got a lot of money invested in stocks and bonds as well.

I agree with our resident bean counter! ( @Beancounter

There are income limits for a Roth IRA - you can make too much money to qualify...but there are ways around it. Most firms use a financial firm to administer their 401k - like Vanguard, Fidelity or Empower.  These firms often offer free advice and you can ask to speak to an advisor about a Roth - just don't let them talk you into doing a rollover (moving money from your 401k to an IRA). If you like podcasts - the Moneygirl podcast has episodes on retirement accounts that will be an hour well spent, before you talk to an advisor.

Here’s what I want to know:

How did you find your provider(s)?

A: I did some online research

    - Did you use any specialized kink platforms like Recon or others?

    A: I ended up on Seeking.com

    - Did you approach providers who did not list findom as an option, or only those who list findom on their ads?

A: No, only those that listed it

What made you choose your provider?

    A: Looks and attitude

How did you ask for what you wanted?

A: We moves the conversation to Telegram and were able to be direct about expectations

Did you clearly, and without feeling any sense of coercion, consent to a findom roleplay scenario before your provider began engaging in your desired role play?

A: Yes, we had a meeting of the minds on expectations

What boundaries, if any, did you set with your provider before engaging his services?

A: We agreed on boundaries, specifically I did not want any items/experiences or locations posted on social media.

Did your provider violate any of your clearly communicated and agreed-upon boundaries?

A; Yes. I was clear about parameters, but he pushed. For example, he wanted a credit card to operate independently, but that was outside the boundaries we discusses.

Did your provider force you to do anything to which you did not consent?

    A: No

Which methods of contact did you use throughout the process, and why? Phone, text, email, app, etc.

    A: Telegram

Did you meet in person? If so, where, and how often?

A: Yes, multiple times, first in public and then privately. Weekly.

What was your experience like overall?

    A: Meh

How did the experience make you feel?

A: A little weird, to be honest.

    Was the exchange worthwhile?

A: No, I wouldnt repeat this adventure

How did your experience differ from your expectations?

A: It pretty much turned out the way I expected

Would you engage your provider again?

A: No, not for findom. As a regular hire, yes.

Would you seek out a different provider for similar services in the future?

    A: No

Where do you recommend others with similar interests seek out professional, experienced, reliable findom providers?

A: I would hesitate to recommend this particular pass time.

Even Daddy had moved on from this ridiculous beefing between both sites. We have no many outlets where we can share our experiences with sex work. It is sad that instead of supporting each other, we are acting like middle schoolers beefing in social media about who has more followers.

I do not want to correct AGAIN all the inaccuracies here. I did it in another thread, and the thread was deleted by the mods. But this is indeed childish.

The two sites are very different, not just the topics covered but the audience as well. Which is a good thing. Yeay diversity! 👏

It’s unmoderated by the owner, so it is different.
There’s a small clique of members there that tells the owner what to do when somebody pisses them off - so the “moderating” isn’t about violating rules, it’s if you offend the clique & then they get people banned.

there was purge of several of the most prolific posters sometime in the last 12 months & it was all people who posted non-Thailand information. Mainly about Brazil, DR, Colombia, etc.  Once those guys were gone, the activity went way down given there is very little of interest other than Thailand.

Like here - you don’t need to be a registered member to visit the site. See for yourself - except you might get hacked, evidently.

That hasn't been my experience and I have floated between the two sites for years as a participating member. Guess I am just lucky! 😌  Thanks @Lucky
