The PNP providers to me clearly don't care about their health. Those are also probably the providers who offer bareback for additional fee... gross. Can't be trusted!

You make a good point. I have a proclivity for the Kindle app overall, for the same reasons. While I am attached to physical books, my Kindle device, Kindle Cloud, as well as the Kindle for Ipad, the latter folds in the features of the best readers and adds value to your experience. Especially, if you truly enjoy turning your reading experience into the a thesis experience. You can see the parallel between author and content. My favorite feature is the dictionary. I am curious about the etymology of specific words. Helpful intel for the crosswords.
 
I do not think it will ever replace the assortment of books I keep on my desk for ADD reading. I read a few selections at a time. I also enjoy the Zinio app for periodicals.

I would agree with your statement if the rates were discussed up front and that was the only rate offered. If the rate changes, I think you reserve the right to cancel. I would never insult a person by questioning their perceived value. All of this can be avoided by making the request clear at the onset, versus afterwards......misstep on both accords.
 
I would just start over and be honest and upfront when you cancel. Admitting error in decision making and giving more than 24 hours notice is professional and expected. The math does not pan out so well. $600 for 1 hour with original booking versus $800 for 1 hour with updated booking. This equates to 4 hours for $200; 3 hours for $250+Uber or a tip of $50; or a plethora of scenarios. Depending on the market, you have a lot of hours to work with, compared to "taking one for the team."

You claimed to have no personal experience with him. @kov78 could have answered his query by offering to PM with questions a few days ago, versus this new turn, which comes across as disingenuous. Did you really forget that you were the first person to review this provider? We all depend on each other to disclose or refrain from posting at all. I am not initiating an attack, but just a polite gesture and courtesy in case something actually went awry. We would like to have a deeper understanding of this diversion, so we can all be aware of the nuances associated with Jack Vidra. Pardon me for being perplexed by it. And thanks again, @BabyBoomer for being an amazing sleuth. I mirror @coriolis888 sentiment. I, too, am impressed with your observation. It certainly helps us hone in on the problem.

It would make me very uncomfortable and off-putting, and it has only happened twice when i first started exploring this, but in the escort's defense, it was only after about 30 - 45 mintues after initially meeting and we were in public bars/casino's at that time getting to know each other and in restropect i think the guys were worried that I would be the one who would bounce and not live up to the session expectations and could just "talk and dash".
 
Once i started "hosting" and having guys come to my house it would totally make me uncomfortable if they asked but it hasn't happened ever. (But when i first meet gentlemen, i make it a point to make a "partial down payment", early enough into the session for the initial time spent chatting getting to know each other.) And after that first encounter never have had a problem or issue compensating "whenever" before, during and/or after cuz the mutual professionalism and trust is established.
