Getting my third dose next week which will be about 7 and 1/2 months from my second dose.

It would make it much easier to verify people. Like most other service businesses, there could be a state, county, or city licensing agency. Whether or not people are being prosecuted, not that your anecdotal evidence means much to me, it being illegal means everything happens "in hiding." My personal two cents… this site is targeted to gay men in general and not client or provider. While there is a heavy tilt to discussions around escorting (approximately 40-45% in fact), more than half of the site is around other “interests” such as:
- Masseurs
- Politics
- Entertainment
- Sports
- Picture sharing
As a long term vision… my goal is to make this site more than “just” a forum. I want to make it a community driven destination that caters to gay gentlemen. That would include various types of reviews (escort, massage, venue, social media accounts), news feeds, streamlined photo/short video sharing, etc. 
In terms of a client review database, that is a sensitive topic. There is a private club for escorts today. My suggestion would be to use it for private discussions outside of the “public arena”. If that area were to gain heavy interest/activity, I would not be opposed to supporting a separate private site only for escorts. I would help “keep the lights on”, but I would want the premise/purpose driven by another escort as it would not be appropriate for me to say what they wanted/needed. 

The remedy is not to let your little head take over.  You have to be willing to walk away (or simply not book an appointment if the demand is presented in advance), not matter how much you'd like to spend time with the provider.  There are plenty of other sexy guys to get hung up on one who has demands you don't want to meet.
If you're a client who doesn't mind paying in advance, I'm not arguing that you shouldn't do so.  I think most of us here, though, don't do pay in advance.  I think the only exception I would make is if I was booking someone for a multiple-day appointment, but then I would only do that with someone I already knew. 

I would only consider giving money upfront to a provider who i have personally met and hired at least twice and only if the situation warrants - i.e travel involved . Never for an in town appointment 

Only one escort ever offered me something to drink and that was midway through a multi hour session. He also offered to cook me some eggs but I wasn't hungry and politely declined. I did accept a hot tea.

I hated the finale of the Soprano’s for that very reason.  I thought my cable went out at the most dramatic moment in the entire series when my screen went black and silent.  No, it was them forcing the viewer to create their own ending.  I don’t want to create my own ending.  Entertain me.  Give me the whole story.   

Right. They cannot leave that as the end. I have seen movies with cliffhanger endings specifically to create a "design your own ending" situation. Never a fan.

I watched the entire series in two days. I seriously hope the cliffhanger end isn't the last episode though tbh I wish it had ended differently but I won't say how for those who haven't seen the whole series yet.

I never feel awkward about not tipping in any food establishment where I am not sitting and being served by waitstaff. Places like Starbucks, McDonald's, or delis are required to pay the full minimum wage not the tip minimum. I'm pretty anti-tip generally but do it in places I frequent like for haircuts, nails, waxing, etc. because that would be awkward.
