If you know his favorite liquor or wine, buy him a bottle of that.
My mailman loves Johnny Walker black and I always get him a bottle of that every year for Christmas and he told me it's his favorite Christmas gift he gets from the few people on that route that buy him a gift.

HPV and anal warts cause both colon & penile cancer. If you've ever seen somebody suffer through colon cancer you'd wear a condom.

I'm really liking the etf "SGOV"    Has a dividend yield of around 4.4% and is exempt from state tax since it's government securities and unike a 28 day t-note you have next day access to the money if you need it.

The resort fees really tick me off but at least with Rio, I dont have to pay them since I'm a hyatt globalist.    If I stay on the strip I don't even rent a car anymore with all the casinos charging for parking, it is cheaper just to take raideshare from the Rio than to pay for a rental car and parking.

Also airfares are absurd to Vegas now

So it would appear that payouts at maturity are automated. That is something I would have expected, but given the nature of bureaucracies, both public and private sector, it would not have surprised me if they were not.

I had a 2 year Treasury note that matured last week. The face amount of the note and the 6 month interest payment were transferred to my bank account as usual. Treasury is still servicing the national debt.

I started buying it about a year ago.    Keith Fitz-Gerald recomended it for emergency/liquid funds.    Return is similar to a 28-day Tbill and interest is also state tax free and love how fluid it is.
I bought a new condo a few weeks ago and had only ten days to close after I made the offer so it was great having access to those funds right away, where if it would have been in a Tbill
I would have had to have waited until maturity.    Not sure how they are going about paying the dividend now though with the government shutdown.

He's in Detroit now and wish I would have read this thread earlier instead of going off all this five star reviews.   I guess my non-five star rating wasn't the only one that got removed from RM.   Why do they allow ratings if they are going to remove the bad ones unless they want to make sure their advertisers have the money to keep for their ad.
He's an attractive guy but not 28 and sure as hell isn't 8.5 inches.   He is attractive but could tell he didn't enjoy his job.   Tried to upcharge which I hate after an agreed upon scene.   As others have said he doesn't have the six pack anymore.   He still has a decent build but nothing like those pics.
I have a feeling a lot of the reviews are fake reviews.   I gave him three stars and for the question about the pics, I selected the option he looks like his pics but they are outdated.
He might be ok for a massage but wouldn't hire him for an escort.

Makes sense. I remember the first few months have 9/11 it was a total pain in the ass to cross the border coming into the US.

I know Danny's (the male strip club for women) was demolished about five years but it's a big pain to cross the border for some now than before 9/11. Now you have to have a passport (pre 9/11 they never asked anyone I was travelling with that didn't have a passport for proof of citizenship but post 9/11 before the passport law went into effect some of the officers were asking for a birth certificate or other proof of citizenship) and I'm told they are getting strict about turning people away who have a DUI on their record where they never really enforced it pre-911.

They no longer have a bathhouse either. There is an escort I used to meet up with in Windsor who wouldn't do border crossings and we would meet up there. Not sure what happened to it but it used to be really busy on Saturday afternoons when I would go there.

In my opinion, Las Vegas has managed to price itself right out of being a fun destination. Between the endless resort fees, parking charges, and cocktails that cost as much as a car payment, it feels less like a vacation and more like a slow motion pickpocketing. At this point, the only gamble in Vegas is whether you’ll make it home without maxing out your credit card.

Vegas is a great product overall. Nothing quite like it. But I think Vegas is alienating some travelers with high resort fees and a lot of nickel diming on things in hotels.  Bottles of water in your room for 25 bucks? 😳😱  Give me a break.  Plus, most states have ample local casinos now which keep people closer to home and technology has made gaming and betting on devices and computes very easy now.  These factors provide some  headwinds  for the Vegas casinos.  🎰

One thing that does concern me, being the only surviving child with no nieces or nephews, are a couple things that are very valuable to me for sentimental reasons I would hate to be sold for a few dollars after I pass.
My paternal grandfather service in WW1 (big age difference between my grandparents and he was over 50 when my dad was born) and my dad gave me his flag, his army uniform and war chest and bible he had (guess back then they gave soldiers a bible when they got drafted).   My maternal grandfather was an excellent carpenter and made each of his daughters a beautiful roll top desk and chairs and the thought of that being sold for a few dollars at a thrift store makes me sick.   Sucks being single with no surviving family to pass stuff like that on to

Type 1 diabetic, and I haven't had chocolate milk in years, but liked the Nesqwik sugar free powder.   Tasted just the stuff with sugar.   I think they also have it in sugar freein ready to drink.   Since being on a pump I just have the stuff with real sugar and just bolus for it.

When a provider quotes a price that I feel is way too high and then will come down when I give him the coutesy of telling him the originally quoted price ut of my range.   Also when they have photos that haven't bee updated inthe last year and have been on RM for a long time with no reviews
