IMHO This is a bizarre thread. I recognize 2 of the men but no-one is wearing anything attractive. Speedos are one-piece so why aren’t they featured prominently?

I strongly agree with [uSER=19303]@europeanman[/uSER] and @Jeff Meuller Don’t be nervous @kaboom35 - approach the meeting as you would a promising first date and you’re likely to have a great time. Over many years, almost all my hirings were of non-reviewed guys. I reviewed some men but latterly many guys did not want a review or publicity. In that time, I had 1 bad experience and was let down 2x so the vast majority of my dates were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. (FWIW the bad experience occurred early on when a guy demanded the cash upfront (and promptly forgot everything we’d agreed prior) and the ‘let downs’ were with 2 well-reviewed guys who were raved over in this forum).

I mean no offence @Smurof but wouldn’t this thread make more sense in the Traveling Members forum?

There are links/references to each in this thread @joethomas and Google Images will help your memory. The images of Olivier show him well, and obviously 15 years older than when he was working. The IG of Marco is still up and he is bearded in a lot of the pics; you just have to bear in mind that he was a good deal taller than Olivier.

It’s exceedingly rare that someone ever says “I was wrong and you are right”. FWIW My view is that you should do whatever you feel is right for you...but please do so without any pronouncements of what it is and why it’s right for you.

Knowing certain casting directors, my guess is that his award was a well-used ‘couch’ ;-)

Just an aside but I remember him fondly too. We had a date near his apartment in WeHo and he provided excellent full service. He wasn’t camera-shy at all.

You are quite right @SirBIllybob. The impact of these very short-term rentals was quite severe in some areas (as was the often extreme behaviour of the renters). The move to restrict them by the current Mayor has proved very popular with locals.

Of the men mentioned earlier, I like Matt Bomer (met in person this Summer, surprisingly even better-looking in the flesh), Ryan Gosling and Ryan Reynolds (both exude charm), And I’m also partial to Jake Gyllenhaal. But I was shocked by Clive Owen (seen at a dinner party 2 years ago looking haggard and ugly, with terrible skin)

Not at all so @MidwestCoastal. I know many male (fashion and fitness) models for whom looks are everything. I can understand when you say you can’t “jack off to photos of hot guys” - goodlookers in the flesh are always better - but I’m with @down_to_business in that looks get me intrigued/interested at first, but then I need more of a connection to fall in lust and then in love.

The train journey between Barcelona and Sitges is quite rapid, and the trains run frequently. Just make sure that where you stay in the city is close to the station you will use. Google the exact info and timings you need. Barcelona is so popular year-round that it pays to book a place to stay ahead of time or use online sites to find a last-minute deal. The 1st week after the Summer holidays of August is a busy time for visitors. That said, if your prime reason for going is Bear Week, why wouldn’t you stay in the town of Sitges?

I think it’s highly inadvisable. One may work better for you than the other; certain individuals may have some side-effects. Nor me. I always assumed the ‘morning after’ messages/“thank you” texts received after a date (saying ‘what a great time’ etc) were simply how nice, courteous guys pursued clients and ensured repeat business.
