  1. I'm scheduled to get it (Pfizer) today at Walgreens, I'll let you all know if they have it
  2. A friend sent me the article when it came out last wk. I want to buy the book, but it's like $40, although I shouldn't balk at that, photo books are always expensive. I may buy it. I might buy it.
  3. Reminds me of the very old Limerick: There once was a harlot named Sue Who Filled her crotch full of Glue. And then she said, with a Grin on her Chin, They'll pay to get IN But they'll pay to get OUT of me too.
  4. oh that's right, I remember ppl saying that, him and the piano. Beautiful. Yes, you can access the ATKOL forums on the internet archive and it's a lot of fun! ATKOL Forums WEB.ARCHIVE.ORG
  5. Aaron Lawrence is and was too often a kind of punch line, only because he was SO expensive (he wasn't) and he was so young looking (that's bad?) and he was so money hungry. Ok, that one was true :-) and I've always been too lazy to be money hungry, but good for him! (though swimming in cash on the cover of your book might be a bit much) (also, those russian videos repulsed me, but so what, right?) We owe him so much. We really do (for one this website might not exist). All escorts young and older too incurious and oblivious to recognize his name, should be embarrassed (is that possible anymore?) And all clients owe him just as large a debt. I've been reading the old ATKOL forums from the mid '90s and he was wise beyond his years in a field with little resources at the time. Way to Go AARON. So, those of you who hired him. How was it? Bobby Thompson. Remember how mean (a small number of) the clients were on this forum about his acne? This beautiful boy, and the acne was often one of the first things people mentioned. Acne or acne scars, I don't remember which. Great guy.
  6. Can't imagine any of you got along with Brogan? :-) Male Escort Brogan - Los Angeles WEB.ARCHIVE.ORG Meet Brogan! WEB.ARCHIVE.ORG
  7. Thank you Steven. You're right, this is not a Flip House (it was an inheritance). It could be empty for a half year or more, certainly more than a month or two. I should have explained that. Also, I should have mentioned that State Farm (right again SK!) was the first company recommended in this situation. However, there is something going on in the California HomeOwner's Insurance market right now, which I don't understand but resulted in State Farm saying, "we are not in the vacant home insurance business in California right now, good luck." Another Major Home Insurer To Limit Business in California SFSTANDARD.COM This won’t make it easier to get home insurance in California. One other difficulty is that this house is located in what's considered a wildfire zone. So now I'm reading all this boring stuff on his behalf about WRAP and FairPlan WRAP: Wildfire Risk Reduction and Asset Protection Initiative - United Policyholders UPHELP.ORG On this landing page you will find Standards, Studies, Reports, Legislative Efforts and Blogs related to UP's Wildfire Risk Reduction and Asset Protection Initiative... Home page - The California FAIR Plan WWW.CFPNET.COM I think you and Kevin hit on the solution, I was just wondering if there were some other options. I've always been impressed with you, SK, Kevin, and others on the subject of Real Estate. There's nearly nothing I don't enjoy discussing, even things people consider very boring. But man, fucking Real Estate, there is nothing NOTHING I've encountered in the larger world more mind-numbingly dull to me than Real Estate. Kudos. And THANKS!
  8. Well, there's that. "Sure I'm here on the weekends". Definitely an option. Thanks.
  9. Hi all. Someone close to me now has a house in LA. He can not move into it. He needs to insure it while he cleans it out and remodels (eventually, there will be construction inside and out) it and either rents it or sells it. While necessary, it appears to be very difficult to get Vacant Home Insurance. All the major companies like Progressive etc. are saying NO. Especially when they hear it's in California. And the smaller, local, agents they refer to all seem to have shitty reviews. So, rich folks :-) how would you go about insuring a home/house (not apartment or condo) for the months that it is vacant?

    Barbenheimer

I would say O is a well-made engaging movie. Inception is probably his most impressive movie, though I walked out. Dunkirk riveted me, most likely due to Tom Hardy, whom I can never take my eyes off when he's on screen.
  11. Hi Matt! Glad you are doing well. I certainly remember your posts AND I remember the very nice lunch we had in West Hollywood with SoccerStud. He doesn't post here anymore but asked met to tell you he remembers you well and REALLY enjoyed the fun you had together, which included at least one overnight, and that he too wishes you all the best and is glad you are contributing again. Welcome back to the forum stud!
  12. Or just frigging showering together in the first place. It's so fun and sexy, never understood why it's such a no-Go for so many escorts.
  13. I've been thinking of this thread I started and decided I wanted to emphasize Punctal Plugs as a very good option for dry eyes. Although I need Xiidra for my left eye, my right eye, which was also uncomfortably dry for years, is entirely under control simply with one punctal plug. It takes an ophthalmologist less than a minute to implant a Punctal Plug, and if you choose that simple route, it's quite possible that you will be liberated from drops, rx or over the counter, for life. Lastly, if one Punctal Plug doesn't QUITE seem to be doing the job, the Ophthalmologist can implant a second one, just know that your eye(s) might be a slightly watery.
  14. I've met with people for the first time who text me, from the sidewalk right outside my building, "I can't find you?!" :-)
  15. Just finished the last two episodes, remarkable.
  16. I use the Bing AI most, Chat GPT some but much less. I find it very very useful for all sorts of things.
  17. When your an escort who plans on doing it long term, you dream of having that one photo, that one photo that compels people to come see you and also that will forever be a reminder of when you were it. For me it might be the Tom Bianchi one on my living room wall, though the problem with that one was I aged past it so quickly, it wasn't useful for long. One of the MOST famous was the breakout photo of Kristian Elixir decades ago now. Extraordinary escort photo. I feel as if that photo of MatStevens is one of those photos. I know very little about him, other than he seems nice as well as hot, obviously. That photo is a perfect escort photo. It jumps out from the others and, if he keeps doing this, he can keep using it for years, without being deceptive. I guess what I'm saying is the photo's iconic and enticing.
  18. Yes, Systane and Refresh were not enough to give me consistent/sufficient relief. I'm very glad they are for you. -RH
  19. I hadn't thought much about it, but yes it makes sense that if it's online, but it's not a social network, younger people aren't especially interested in interacting with it. That's sad.
  20. Xiidra is a miracle prescription drop for dry eyes. Absolute miracle. I've been using Xiidra in my bothersome left eye for two year now and I can tell you nothing, not the most expensive over the counter eyedrops coupled with punctal plugs, NOTHING has worked as well as Xiidra. It's actually a miracle as far as I'm concerned, it has very much improved the quality of my life. The mechanism of action isn't understood if I remember right. The only adverse effect I've noticed is there can be a slight, transient, metallic taste after the drops, but you can avoid that easily by pressing your finger against the area above the duct for thirty seconds after applying the drops. ENJOY!
  21. Because I have a bottom friend who shares my love of a lack, or to be honest absence, of lube, I've always been afraid of this condition. Now I'm more afraid, again.
  22. And now I've made a hypocrite of myself, or maybe I've just obtained more first Hand experience. Repatha. Fuck it. If you've tried several Statins and each one has resulted in muscle pain, switch to Repatha. If your physician's office is worth their salt, they SHOULD be able to convince your insurance to pay for some/all of the cost. If your insurance does reject it AND you have the money, just pay out of pocket. Repatha is the shit. After multiple statins gave me muscle pain that interfered with my exercising, which kinda defeats the purpose, my doctor prescribed (I sound like a commercial) Repatha, and after 6 months using it, without muscle pain since it's not a statin, I just got my most recent labs back and it kicked my Cholesterol's ass. My HDL and LDL are RIGHT where they are supposed to be, and I've been muscle pain free since I stopped the statins, exercising like I like to. So, put aside the statin and ask your Dr. for Repatha. If you have any concerns about self-injecting, put those aside too. It's easy, and you barely feel it. I take Dupixent as well, now that is an injectable that stings a bit, but Repatha, barely at all. Enjoy!
  23. Great Thank you. We'll go there first, stay for a bit, and see East and south East island sites from there before transitioning to Palermo.

    Barbenheimer

Saw Barbie last week. Oppenheimer this week. Oppenheimer the way Nolan wants us to on 35mm Imax, not just Imax. Meh. Barbie sucked. Oppenheimer was good, too long, by no means a work of art like There Will be Blood, but not boring. Enjoy.
