Before I received my pacemaker in my early 30s, I often fainted during injections. Not most of the time, but often so I never knew when I'd wind up on the floor. Post pacemaker I can inject myself and I do!

Everyone has a different body, nevertheless your Repatha injection shouldn't be particularly painful, at most a pinch. Make sure you leave it out of fridge for some time before injecting, not just 10 minutes. Also, with your other hand you can do a modified, oh what did nurses used to call it, some thing like a Z-stretch? Anyway, if with index finger and thumb of opposite hand you press down and pull out around/near the injection site before and during the injection, that might help. It's a miracle medication glad you are on it, sorry it hurts. p.s. I also take Dupixent and I love how much that one hurts because it FEELS like medication :-). I've still never given myself and IM injection, I'm impressed by those who have.

Movie was dumb and beautiful. Highschool teachers should not assign that book. It's a masterwork, but the only kids who read it should be kids who feel compelled to read it and for the rest of us it's better later in life, we're better able to understand years-long all-consuming furious anger.

I'm a fucker not a shopper, this idea of shopping during an overnight or multi-day experience, actually part of the fun and the compensation, is strange to me: Apart from dinner or a show all I wanted was to spend the time wrapped up tight in the client.

Years ago I remember a friend of mine who met up with us at Joshua Tree for a Rock Climbing weekend, Erik. He was dating Craig at the time. Erik had little experience desert-camping, and asked craig what he needed to bring. Craig said just a sleeping bag because you and I will share a tent and you can use my climbing gear since you're flying in from Colorado (to Palm Springs). Erik froze every night* because the bag he brought was basically a Sears Catalogue Sleeping Bag and Joshua Tree is a desert, ie fucking cold at night. For the rest of his tooShort life Erik blamed Craig for not being sufficiently specific about what kind of sleeping bag to bring, and Craig maintained for the rest of his also too short life that Erik should know, even if he is inexperienced, that deserts are fucking cold at night and therefore he needed a Winter Bag (it was October). What we think of as common sense isn't that for others and the consequences and resentments suck. *Technical sleeping bags are too narrow to share.

Never saw one episode of that show. Sara Jessica Parker looks like a foot.

Saw it last night. Wasn't bad. It wasn't good but it wasn't bad. I had to close my eyes during the Lady Gaga scene. 20 years. Holy shit 20 years ago. How is that possible? 2006. It was one year later that the iPhone came out and ruined absolutely everything that the characters in the movie say is since ruined.

Ok, so all of you who are smitten with Heated Rivalry and have not watched Letterkenny, are you going to? The dialogue is incredible. It's on the same level as Gilmore Girls dialogue. LetterKenny's first 4 or 5 seasons are very good. I recommend LK WAY above Shorsey, which is not bad, but LK is much better. I sang that show's praises here years ago. How are you now? GoodnYou?

Funny. Jacob is such a veteran tv maker, and not a filmmaker, something like that wouldn't bother him at all. Good Scene, Leave it in, move on :-)

I've never liked her really, but yet thought she was quite good in White's other series Enlightened and also Laura Dern is a natural fit for White Lotus. So, well done. Jennifer TIlly is so very very very very and VERY wealthy, and so very sexy in Bound, and well-used in "Relax It's Just Sex" (now that movie was a long long time ago, did that filmmaker, who also make Together Alone I think, make another movie afterward?), good on her for returning to Hollywood (I assume she's been gone).

Big Eden definitely dragged, but was good. His next movie The Family Stone was star Studded and as far as I know it bombed. Wonder if he got anymore money to make other movies after that one.

Kindly engineering a reaction accomplishes both things. A therapist who pulls from his ass the name of the your third crush is both reassuring you and assuring you'll return.

There were times after, not during, where I thought, WOW, I was not in the room with him today. OOPS. But I'd make notes to be more present next time and then also bring up something to make us connect, something he's told me from his personal life maybe, so he can say that thing clients say "WOW, I'm surprised you remember that." Had I not caught myself, I suppose I would have preferred the client to send a message afterward asking me if I'm aware I'd been distant (lazy) lately.

I swear Millennials are still trying to drive GenXers like me (more) insane. You won, we're irrelevant, it's over, stop.

Really enjoyed that movie.

Unfortunately too stretched out so the final emotional impact wasn't there for me. Oh well.

Liked it. Funny. Weekend Update not quite as good as ours, but funny and that AIDS/Gay/Musical joke about It's A Sin was surprising, and humor should surprise you. I'll keep watching for now. Also, they can and do say fuck and c**T w/o bleeping, so there's that. Since I got Peacock specifically to watch SNLuk I spun over to Days of our Lives and scanned through a recent ep. Deidre Hall has not aged significantly in nearly 40 years since I last watched. How did she manage that?

I like the show and it epitomizes the problem of TV vs. Film. It's too slow moving and repetitive. It should have been a 90 minute movie like in the old days.

Think there was a thread on it when it came out in theaters. Loved it.
