  1. White Lotus is a series, but Mike White is not sticking to the “series” format we’re used to. The only links between seasons are that it’s always set at one of many White Lotus properties, which all cater to high-end travelers, and that the story we see takes place within a week’s time. Mike may have zero repeats of staff/guests in S4, and it could even be set somewhere dry. I think of the show as a rich blend of character studies in a haves/havenots space. He always casts really well, which, for me, makes that alone so satisfying.
  2. Someone who’s led such a privileged life he doesn’t know about anything being made in a kitchen?
  3. Which, of course, is determined by the number of guests, the duration of visit, and how deeply they’re planning to explore the place. 😅
  4. Getting your ass licked is always good, and sometimes so good for your well-being, it crosses into “exactly what the doctor ordered” So yes, it is therapeutic.
  5. If your job requires you to be in the close presence of a star with a huge history of publicly known sexual aggression, and you claim you didn’t know he’s a sexual predator, I hope you also have someone to dress you in the morning and help you find your way back home. 😵‍💫
  6. I’d practice the same level of honesty with which Sean lives his life. Lie my ass off. “I just started the Zpack for the chlamydia I caught a week and a half ago. Still one blister at the back of my throat, and I respect you too much to put you at risk” 😅
  7. Hasn’t White successfully used blurred POV as a signature device? Bear with me… As shown, we see Saxon beating beneath the sheet while watching the sex - but then we see the sheet move aside, more leg exposed (meatless) and cut to a red/flesh drug hazed rhythmic bate-speed blur of motion overlapping Saxon POV watching them fuck, making direct eye contact w/ Locky, just as he comes (no meat) but motion blur stops, framed toe curl, guttural sound… Closeup breathless Saxon wtf face Cross to overhead - Saxon with bare flank and leg (meatless) heavy breathing legs twitching. On left, Locky and Chloe pounding. Then we see an arm moving across frame to the left, and we see Lochlan clench into Chloe just as he brings his fingers to his mouth. Meatless, but just as satisfying. 🍆 😂
  8. The brain’s hippocampus houses hubs for both memory and imagination. So, physical links are present, but maybe there’s a bit of magic that allows a particular intersection to warm the heart with presence of a loved one.
  9. He’s attached to a law firm that’s in a lot of headlines this weekend. He’s a very strong legal writer, and has an almost gothically mythic quality to his facial features. Tons of sex appeal. Pings my Gaydar.
  10. Keep going, as in non-stop rhythmic slamming it in and out, is different from keep going, as in remaining present and hard throughout several variations of manual/oral/anal engagement and positions, including some rhythmic slamming. I prefer the top to be the latter.
  11. If they have multiple names, reach out to the NAME with the profile that you like best. If he’s available now in your US city, but the other name is available now in Dubai, try another provider.
  12. You’re hiring a massage, right? You have the right to set boundaries. It doesn’t matter why. “Only manual contact, please - I know other clients may expect oral play, but I’m more comfortable with just hand to body contact.” If he apologizes tip him really well.
  13. It’s common for bodyworkers to be working and gaining experience in spa or sports-therapy situations, where the reviews are left for the facility/operation, not the individual. I’m personally more troubled by how he thinks the location of Hartsook/Vineland is in Glendale.
  14. Shortest side, along top. Snug up to pubic bone measured to penis tip, while as erect as it gets - that’s the maximum insertable length at peak thrust. All the rest that traditionally gets “factored in” isn’t going inside, period, and is just window dressing. Don’t get me wrong, I love looking at a beautiful window wall, but don’t tell me the drapes hide a sliding glass door to a terrace with a view of the city when they’re just covering a porthole. 😱
  15. A scientifically accurate 7 is quite marvelous. ( It’s usually advertised as a 9 )
  16. As long as they stay away from the lip-plumpers, why not? 💋
  17. Occasional trips to NY in the late 80’s led to noticing the ad in The Village Voice. Finally went in 1990, always hit the Gaiety whenever possible until it closed - always fun, occasionally thrilling… a call-back to my secret cruisy skulking well before coming out. I feel bad for the younger generations that missed out entirely on such places, before every available dick in the city was on your phone.
  18. If that’s the case, some of your aches may be amplified by fever. Happy Z-Pack! 🥂
  19. What they may learn about the in-person part of their business: If clients want to not bother, you can’t stop them.
  20. We should remember that the nature of the encounter/arrangement is human-to-human. It’s exactly why we pay. But, Humans aren’t machines with 100% task-performance ratings. Losses will be suffered occasionally. C’est la Guerre
  21. I recall when we cared more about the invisible Living than we do the famous Dead. We’ve been reconditioned. The former no longer drives “engagement” I guess. Marcel made a name for himself as a branded entertainer for a very specific audience, was very successful with it, and seemed well regarded (and loved) by those in his immediate circles. May they find peace for their loss. He left his public with evidence of the joy he had in life, that’s enough for me.
  22. You don’t say what area you’re in, but in LA, for example, everything is so far away when you don’t know the region (gotta know more than DTLA and WeHo) it’s got to be very intimidating for anyone here for the first time on a budget. The client always has the power to simplify. “ok, thx for getting back, I’m sorry we’re not a match. Travel safely”
  23. Very few people had heard of Mike White when Season 1 began. (I thought Chuck and Buck was wonderfully odd and touching) He surprised us continually through that first season, and again throughout Season 2. I’m just going to let him work his magic for the next few weeks. The show’s prevailing message throughout, for me, is “stay the fuck away from big resort chains, and stay home more”
  24. As a life-long “supervisor” in my work roles, I might be concerned about personal safety and well-being of workers on my team, off the clock, if they shared something specific about a personal matter or other job (gig) coming up, but never felt any action was mine to take. Same here - essentially a professional relationship, but with the nature of the interaction crossing into optional emotional attachment, which for some clients, inspires a need to protect the provider. Providers that appeal to me are never under 40 and my instinct to protect a fully-grown man is limited to family and close friends. Further personal investment works for some, it seems.
