Several people have mentioned following your lawyers advice.  Seems like the right answer.  A friend of mine is a judge and when discussing how to navigate the legal system one time he just said “it’s all about your attorney - the best lawyer usually wins”.  

Just FYI, Brian has not logged in here in nearly a year. All this more recent well-intentioned advice may not get to him.

The best advice I see so far is to ask your attorney. Even in highly blue or red states, it very much depends on the family judicial district/region adjudicating the issue. Even more so, the specific judge and their stance is significant. Any family attorney, worth their weight in salt, should know local judicial attitudes for the general area, as well as for specific judges.
While I recognize that knowing local judicial attitudes may give you huge peace of mind, my assumption, is that your attorney will likely tell you keep quiet unless it's brought up by another.
Court rarely has to do with the truth. It's more about which side spins a better and more believable story.
I have a friend who is a DA. One of his regular, infamous lines is: "my job would be nearly impossible if criminals would learn to keep their mouth shut. "
And don't misunderstand. I am not saying you are a criminal. I am highliting the importance of not sharing things you are not asked about (other than with your attorney).

I have had my lgbtqia+ teenage brother for a year+ now. I have been balancing this thanks to my 7 year fiancé/partner. We just got the parents removed in court due to them not showing up or making any attempt to better themselfes in over a year. I was then approved to adopt. 
Having onlyfans and been in porn, I am hesitant to come forward and being transparent about this to the adoption agency and our lawyers have said I am a "stay at home maker"
If this comes out, is it the end of all for someone in adoption? He is 2 years away from 18, courts are ion board with him staying with me adoption or not. Meaning, I have to fulfill parenting classes (half way done) and they're easy and straight forward. By completing the classes I become a legal adoptive parent and it opens up more benefits and finicial help to offset a teenager cause lord knows neither parent helped. If I do not get approved they will let him stay but I'll be limited to the $306 my state offers for kinship placement... I'd do this for free cause no kid deserves a shitty childhood!
Does anyone have any experience, insight etc ?
 
PS: this explains my crazy and hectic tour dates.  I had to cancel on my last leg of the PNW last month due to court and classes so thanks everyone for staying patient and understanding with me.

Anyone and everyone who was assulted, robbed, or robbed at knife point. you should call the police. When I was sexually assukted and robbed filming content in Boston, when i called 911 and has to file my reports and get my rape kit, I was totally honest and transparent. If you guys don't hold the guy who hurt you accountable, you are allowing them to hurt the next guy. 
You should be saying their names, leaving reviews, using Mr. Number to warn other guys... the last thing you should be doing is hiding behind a computer talking passively saying you don't wanna mention their name, you're right, don't mention their name, scream it.

Just because one is in the closet they should not suppress their feelings and the things that were done to them. If you were SA you need to seek out both the law and therapy. All u have to do is show up to the police station and then your taken to a hospital room that is completely private with you and one nurse, since you've been through this before you know how intimate and personal this is. I took in my godsons when their parents passed. They were 15 and 16 at the time. Did not adopt, so I cannot speak to that, but I applaud you for stepping up. It was a big change and some of the adjustments werent easy so I know what you are going through. Take it one day at a time and follow the advice of a good family lawyer.
