I have had escorts who I arranged to do training.  To look at me now you would not think they were very good trainers but they were.  I usually saw them once a week, an hour in the gym, a light lunch and then home for an hour.  We usually met on weekdays late morning or early afternoon.  So if they were not otherwise employed and just did escorting and training, this was a convenient time.  One of them moved away and the other, unfortunately passed away and I have not repeated this arrangement.   Although, once I fully retire, I might consider it again.

I assume your question is how to ask a trainer you see at the gym if he will accept money from you for escort services?
I cannot think of a way to ask that directly without risking negative consequences.  Even if the gym you work out at is largely gay, not everyone is going to appreciate receiving such an offer and some might get bent out of shape enough to complain about you to their manager.

I don't believe there's a card like the Covid vax card everyone got.  I got an 8x11 sheet documenting my first MP shot and was told I'd get a 'card' after the second.  Got my second on Wednesday and they gave me another 8x11 sheet showing it.  I'm just going to copy it and put a pic on my phone.  Unlike Covid though, I've never been asked about MP...maybe I will if I go to a gay event of some sort, but we just got back from Europe and weren't even asked about Covid (though we did have to wear masks on Iberia and on the metro in Munich).

I got my first Mpox shot today.  They didn’t have vaccine cards.  I have my second shot scheduled; was super easy and took less than 10 minutes.
