I liked Ellen's series that featured the coming out story line, and not just because of that story arch. I also think she used to do a good job at having a chat show, but I think she's lost her way there -- especially after she had to start filming from home. Did you look at the product label I quoted? A 55 gram serving (slightly under 2 ounces)? I wasn't referring to the entire package as I doubt anyone would eat all of it at once just like someone isn't likely to eat an entire package of ground beef in one sitting.

Why are plant based faux meats always so high in sodium? The portion size listed is unreasonable small for most people, I think, so doubling is in order. All of the other numbers are good but over 500 mg of sodium for just the "meat" portion of your meal makes this quite the salt bomb.

True. Most of us don't grow our own vegetables, either...at least not those of us who live in urban areas. I've never understood this argument for vegetarianism. I was a vegan for a few years in my mid-twenties (35 years ago). I was originally vegetarian and then eventually gave up dairy and eggs. I didn't find it particularly difficult to maintain that diet, but I was very thin at the time (as I had been since puberty) and didn't eat that much any way. Maybe it would have been more difficult had I had a heartier appetite? At any rate, it's important to not only feel satisfied but also to balance nutrients. It's been so long that I cannot tell you what my diet was specifically other than that I ate lots of veggies, brown rice, soy products and legumes.

Walmart did it in brick-and-mortar style before Amazon. Gotcha. I'm in a similar position with respect to having a lot of vacation hours but little motivation to use them right now because it would just mean sitting at home which is what I'm already doing while working. It's obviously nice to be able to focus on things other than work, but I would still rather be able to go somewhere while I'm on vacation.
