    I watched the first three episodes. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep up with it. The main character is so unlikeable, that's often a dealbreaker for me.

    I really liked this, but found myself wondering if it was a bit whitewashed; was Garfield really *that* progressive? Difficult to tell how that would have worked out given his brief time in office. And did Chester Arthur really make such a pivot from an a-hole to a good man?

    His comedy special, The Second Best Day of Your Life, is wonderful. The title refers to the day the Ted Lasso cast went to the White House. The first best day of his life was hosting the Muppets (or was it Sesame Street?)

    Agreed. I've always kept a paper planner/calendar but have just recently moving to using the reminders on my phone. It's working well so far (although I'm still keeping appointments in both places). Sidebar, it's amazing how expensive paper planners can be. I've found one that's $6-$7, but some of these can be in the $40 range.

    A Jewish friend told me that when she married, her non-Jewish husband (who'd been circumcised as an infant, but not by a mohel) needed, as part of his conversion, to have a mohel to do it again. He was freaked out, but apparently it was just a tiny ceremonial snip.
