  1. my old roommate made wraps, interesting stones wrapped decoratively with copper or other wires. He made me one and I bought a copper chain to wear it. It's beautiful, but it's so big it's somewhat uncomfortable to wear.
  2. I thought it was interesting that Mamie Eisenhower started (or re-started) the practice of adults having birthday celebrations. But since I got this information from one of the "American Horror Stories" storylines, I'm not sure if that's entirely accurate.
  3. The border guards at the US/Canada crossing at Windsor/Detroit used to hassle people when they answered the "citizenship" question with "American" rather than "United States"; "Do you mean North or South America?" I was tempted to answer "Those are geographical entities, not political. I'm a citizen of the United States of America, the only country with America in its official name. United States is ambiguous since Mexico's official name is United Mexican States". Of course I never DID answer that since I was not looking to be detained.
  4. Damn! The elusive furry blond. Can anyone identify him, and is he available for hire?
  5. is "effleurage" the word you're looking for? A strictly-therapeutic massage therapist I saw many years ago used to do light almost tickling touches on my belly & almost going down to my nethers. It'd get me hard as a rock, he had to notice, but it never went further than that.
  6. very early in my hiring career I had a great time with a hire. The next time we met (after he'd been out of town for quite a while) he wouldn't let me suck him unless he had a condom on; he'd caught something from another hire giving him head. It was very disappointing compared to the first time.
  7. Carrie Coon played the mother in "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" and it looks like she'll be in the next one too. It wasn't a huge part, more focused on her kids. I didn't recognize it was the same actress at all.
  8. I'm curious, what department are these in at Wal-Mart?
  9. "Schitt's Creek" impresses a lot of people that way, me included. The Roses are thoroughly unlikeable through most of season 1. I stuck with it based on many recommendations, and I'm glad I did.
  10. I just got back from Thanksgiving at friends. Not only did they send me home with a tons of leftovers including a full pumpkin pie, they included a full can of whipped cream. 🙂
  11. The dog and I are heading to friends about 1:00. My rolls are in their final rise, the Thanksgiving parade is on the TV, and we are chilling until we head over.
  12. This is very similar to what happened to me years ago. An escort I'd met asked me, the next day, if we could meet again & "Do what you'd done last night". I told him I was tapped out financially, I couldn't afford to hire again so soon. He said "Whatever you can manage", and I think I gave him $20 for our repeat session.
  13. Hurrah for some hairy legs in this thread!
  14. Other dogs have that? I thought that was just my girl.
  15. I dunno. I had a slightly similar situation with a traveller in town, I had a great time hiring him but could not afford another one while he was in town, but I did take him to dinner the next night. If you're feeling bad about it, maybe contact him saying "I had a great time with you all weekend, but I feel bad for not paying you for that last night. Are we okay?" And let him take it from there.
  16. same as it's been for years, I like furry guys - baby faces a plus. No idea why I'm attracted.
  17. You're right! With Asher Hawk. Thanks for the tip.
  18. Thanks! I'd seen the scruffing rentmen ad but somehow failed to make the connection. Looks like I'll pass. Damn, I was really in the mood.
  19. My sister has a lock on Thanksgiving. Her in-laws are a bit challenging. None can really cook, one year they came with the big idea of using a can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup in the Stove-Top stuffing rather than water. It took three of them to orchestrate that, along with her brother-in-law directing while waving his can of Miller Lite about. That was the year my parents couldn't attend since my Dad had just had knee surgery, we decided I'd go to the sister's for appetizers then put together plates to take to Mom & Dad's. I called the parents to let them know I was on the way, my mother asked "Dad has a bottle of wine downstairs, do you want to open that?" I answered "I think I'm going to need a martini". Dad was happy to oblige.
  20. I'm just barely into it but should finish it soon, before the next episodes drop. I'm always curious about how historically accurate it is; I was surprised that Diana had only met Dodi Fayed a couple of months before they died, which appears to be accurate.
  21. anyone with info on StrongHnds? He just showed up in Detroit, I'm liking what I see in the pictures and the reviews. https://rentmasseur.com/StrongHnds
  22. Given that it's a paid service, I'd never consider an escort "out of my league". I've hired plenty of guys that I assume would not give me a second look in a social situation. Early in my hiring career, hiring through an agency, they did advise me that one guy was "not for beginners". 😄
