My usual go to NY based Top that fits your description recommendation (caveat, as someone who does not live in nor travel to NY, this guy just happens to visit my city every now and then and have seen him multiple times on those visits) is https://rent.men/BenjaminMilliano

A client asking a provider, or a provider offering to a client, to bring another provider for group play is totally normal and happens often. It's not ridiculous or crazy at all. The provider in the review you quoted also just did it very very incorrectly. They basically pressured the client into it and then lied to them about the pricing, creating an awkward situation for the client.
Bringing in other providers to a session shouldn't happen unless the client specifically asks the provider for a group session. Or if the provider offers it, the client needs to say yes for it to proceed. You then would choose the second provider yourself or let the provider show you options that you say yes or no to. And the other provider always would be paid still. Providers don't do this work for free obviously. Every step of this was done incorrectly by the provider in the review you quoted.
In line with what Jamie21 said. Me personally, any time i have had a provider bring another provider, it's always discussed ahead of time before the session. The main provider i hire either asks me if i have anyone i want to bring or they show me ahead of time who they want/recommend to bring and i say yes or no. If i'm the one with a second provider i want to bring, i reach out to set it up. If i say i want my provider to bring/recommend someone, they show me their pick and if i say yes, they reach out to them and set it up for me. They make the offer to the other provider and they figure out pricing amongst themselves and then i say yes or no.
So far in my experience, anytime my regular provider brings another provider, the second provider always takes the same rate that i pay my regular. If the other provider needed more or whatever the case may be, then my regular would come back to me and let me know about that and i would have to agree or disagree. Communication and consent is always the key and that's what was lacking between client/provider in the review you quoted.
And my regular provider i was doing this with wouldn't just bring any one, he usually would only bring either guys he knew personally (he has a lot of friends who also are providers and we've basically run through his whole friend group together 🤣) or other guys who are very well reviewed or he's worked with for other clients who are into group sessions before. Or he also trusts my pick if i want to bring one of my other regulars (but i let him know he can veto if it's someone he has beef with or something like that).
Have never had any issues doing it 🤷‍♂️
Yeah i don't think that's what OP is saying either. OP saw the review and I think it's just maybe the first time they've heard that people are doing threesomes/group sessions in general and are simply citing the review as the source of inspiration for the question about "is this something people are doing and why?".

There's a mature provider I see occasionally who is well connected to others in the profession. He knows of my specific tastes within his range of services, and I asked him once if he could come up with a compatible third if I asked well ahead of time. (As a rule I am not into 3+, but there is this one fantasy scenario kinda ideal for his setup 🤔) He said he'd be happy to arrange it, as he has done for other clients, and I would absolutely trust him with both the aesthetics and the business involved. Happy to shell out money for pre-screened talent.
Now, if he sprung a third on me in the middle of a session, it would be absolutely out of character, and indicate something is wrong, so I'd just hand him his hour's fee and leave.

I always take those “into” lists with a grain of salt. Like I’ve mentioned in other threads, it’s always best to confirm directly with the provider about anything that’s important to you.

It’s not unusual or strange. I’m often asked to find another guy to work with by clients. Obviously it has to be at the client’s request, I would never foist it on them. I usually send the details of guys who I work with who I know are good (I don’t work with guys I’ve not met before) and ask the client to pick who he likes and then I try to set it up for the client. It’s part of the service and saves the client a lot of hassle. They pay me the total quoted and I settle up with the other guy. The client gets two guys who work well together, focused on the client, and doesn’t have to do much coordination.

From what I understand, the client didn’t request a second provider and made it clear he wasn’t in a position to pay for one, so that situation really falls on the first provider. That said, on the few occasions when I’ve arranged sessions involving more than one provider, I’ve always relied on the provider I already knew and trusted to coordinate with any additional participants. I’m not saying that’s the standard approach but in my limited experience it has worked out well

One masseur made the massage transitioning from therapeutic to sensual+extras feel less like massage choreography and more like he was just losing focus on the massage and gaining sexual interest in me and exploring/playing with my body for his enjoyment, and i haven't really found others who've done that. It turned me on way more even though i knew he was still performing/doing his thing. I usually don't get aroused during a massage till the masseur actually touches my genitals (mainly because the firm massage pressure on other body parts just draws blood away from the region for me).
This guy got me aroused very early because the way he handled the transition made the sensual/sexual tension a lot more palpable because he made it feel like he was the one enjoying me as opposed to where it usually feels like I'm the one receiving the privilege to engage with the ultra hot masseur (which of course, obviously is what is happening). But because of the latter, I'm always aware they're just doing what they gotta do (even when they're good at it). But this guy really made it feel like he was the one having the fun and it was just really great.

same as @Jamie21, I feel counting it in front of the client highlights the transactional nature and we are trying to minimize that so your experience is better.
Having said that, the moment the door is closed I am opening up that envelope and confirming the cash is correct.

DMonDude reacted to + Jamie21 in Touchless cash transactions — why?
I prefer not to count the cash when the client is present. I also prefer that they don’t hand it to me, not because I’m worried about some kind of law enforcement ‘trap’ (because it’s not illegal here to be paid for sex) but because it just feels a bit ‘off’ to take the cash by hand. I try to play down the transactional aspect of the experience. It’s much better for me if they just leave the cash somewhere visible for me. I’ll count it after they leave. It’s only been short once (by quite a lot!) so I messaged the client and he came back and was very apologetic because he had miscounted.
Somehow if they pay by card it doesn’t have the same ‘off’ feeling about the transaction. I don’t know why!!

    In my experience:
Sometimes, RM chat has a weird thing that clears out everything you’ve been previously typing.
More importantly, lengthy convos are things that some time-wasters jack off to.

Providers want to have signs that a paid meeting will occur, and that you are not taking advantage of their time for free. I see warnings in bios now too: providers are tired of being  contacted by of scammers, free-jerkers, and time wasters on the site .

Once you meet with them, they could indeed become more verbose.

Definitely has been my experience so far after hiring for a little over a year. I've never really thought much of it though. I'm just trying to quickly set something up same as them, i don't need fake flowery intro messages personally. But i know many others enjoy that part.
Well reviewed popular guys are getting dozens of messages a day and, if they're properly booked and busy, don't have time write a more drawn out thoughtful message. If they did, I'd personally assume it was a copy/paste auto response or an AI generated message anyway, which would be more off putting to me than a short message they typed.
I usually get more cordial or casual messaging from them once I've booked and especially after I've hired and come back or become a regular.

Hello, my name is (Desired name)
I’m in (Desired City) and i would like to get together with you (Desired date and time)
I’m interested in ( Desired information)
I can almost guarantee that you will get a good reply if you use this template with a solid provider. I think a good general rule is = you get the same energy back you put into the message.

They aren't saying it shouldn't factor into the hiring decision (it does and should and OP was totally fine to not be interested in hiring after seeing that and i'd have done the same). They're saying why does OP feel anything about it beyond that? OP was bothered/offended enough by it that they felt the need to make a post here about it instead of just deciding not to hire and moving on. That's where OPs ego/hurt feelings come in and it's something OP definitely should internally reflect on. It's about OPs ability to handle the illusion being shattered and that lingering with them beyond deciding to not hire that provider anymore. If OP actually has a healthy relationship with engaging with the fantasy and illusion, seeing behind the curtain shouldn't still stick with them this much after the initial "oh ok i'm no longer interested".

Stuff like that can go either way. Absolutely could be a simple scam like others have said, or also could just be a guy who's not even a provider in the professional sense. Just some rando trying to make quick cash to pay his rent cause it's so much more popularized now to casually monetize your sex life. You very well might get some cheap action out of this guy but that has it's own bag of things to watch out for and that could go wrong. You might be opening yourself up to pestering "can you spot me $xx?" texts, funding someone's drug habit, opening yourself up to targeting if they get in a desperate enough financial or other situation, or otherwise getting dragged into their troubles. Speaking from experience.
