I think what he meant is that people are posting stuff like, "He is sexy" without even identifying who "he" is.  When there are multiple names mentioned prior to that post, then the post is meaningless due to that lack of specificity.  This happens on a lot of online forums.  Unless each poster specifically identifies what their comment refers to, a thread can become a bunch of meaningless posts.

His last log in was very recent -June 25th. Lots of ads seem to expire around the end of and the first of the month. Give it 2 weeks.  And see if he comes back live. 

Two new antibiotics to treat resistant gonorrhea is a good thing.  Nuzolvence was developed by a public-private partnership, which is also a good thing.  Blujepa was developed initially as a UTI drug by GSK (formerly GlaxoSmithKline), which is about as big pharma as you can get.

The FDA recently approved two new oral treatments for gonorrhea: Nuzolvence (zoliflodacin) and Blujepa (gepotidacin).  I think they specifically address the resistant strains.

It’s a bit surprising to me that gay men would direct more criticism at someone who merely suggested a lower rate in a business transaction — branding them a lowballing, time-wasting jerk who deserved to be blocked  — while offering only minimal criticism toward a provider who casually uses a hateful slur with what seems like clear disdain for the gay community.

I appreciate the feedback regarding my brief exchange with this provider, but I would point out that simply replying with “Thanks… but I’ll pass for now” offers him no meaningful feedback as to why I chose not to hire him. I mentioned the $300 figure because that is, in fact, generally what I offer for this type of service.
Constructive feedback is especially important for someone like this gentleman, who I suspect may be relatively new to the business (both of his reviews are less than two months old) and may have unrealistic expectations about what most clients  -- at least in my experience — are actually willing to pay for the requested service, which typically is not in the $600–700+ range he appears to expect.
That said, the pricing issue is secondary. The primary reason I chose to share information about this particular provider was to alert our “company of men” to what appears to be his clear disdain for gay men, as evidenced by his repeated use (twice) of a term I consider highly demeaning -- made all the more concerning given the context in which he chose to use it in responding to me.

US real GDP is projected around 2.0-2.2% for 2026. Not booming but positive and stable. Forecasters like CBO, Deloitte, Conference Board see modest expansion, supported by AI investment and consumer spending. Unemployment is hovering at 4.3 - 4.4%. Low-hire/low-fire environment. Not surging toward Depression-era levels. Markets price around 21% by end of 2026. Some downside risks exist (tariffs, policy uncertainty, cooling labor), but consensus sees no imminent collapse.

High risk of AI/tech correction and market volatility? Reasonable. Broad economic catastrophe on par with 1929-1933? No. The music might slow, but the economy has real supports that dot-com era lacked. Stay diversified, skeptical of extremes on both sides.

I'm wondering if people have met him and what the experience was like. I'm not concerned with people's speculations of providers.

If you chatted and didn't feel he is the right fit for you, thats one thing. But I feel it is unfair to say to people that you do not recommend they see him when you yourself haven't even seen him.  Every person that looks the guy up now will see your post that they should avoid him. 
It's like leaving a bad yelp review for a restaurant you have never eaten at but you don't like the menu.

The griping on this forum over basic supply and demand economics never ceases to amaze me. No one owes you sex for a price only you think is fair. That's up to the person selling their body to decide. Take it or leave it and move on. It's not greed to set a price one can command on the market. Anything less is charity, which is one thing this business isn't.

I usually bring the cash in an envelope, pull it out at the end and hand it to them.  I have never had anyone not take it.  Sometimes I ask them to count it and tell them that I want them to because I could have made a mistake.  This is a little awkward but less awkward than them discovering afterwards that it is short and wondering if I did it on purpose.  It also preempts any later claim that it was short even though it wasn't.  Since I pay afterwards, they aren't going to worry about an undercover sting.

The experience also, obviously, needs to be "intentional."
