I am staying in a small airbnb in Copanema, with a cozy and private terrace featuring a jacuzzi and a bbq pit. My impression as an outsider is that there are 5 top tier cities in the US for male providers. NY, LA, SF, DC and Houston. These translate into, finance, entertainment, hi tech, big government and oil resp. Encompassing the areas at the top of the food chain in the USA.
That’s my own assessment which I came up with just through observation. 

Quebec was very organized and took the lead amongst provinces in Canada. I went to Montreal to get my first shot and they sent an email reminder for the second shot.

I could overlook the tats. 

I confirm the rate each time whether they are regulars or not. Mainly because I often schedule more than just the standard hour. For a short session I really prefer one and a half hours so that entails a small negotiation anyway. And some I might see after a year or so has passed so it’s best to check if the rate is the same.

You appear to be responding to the wrong thread. 

Of course I mostly pay in Canadian dollars which are less than US by about 25 percent or so altho it varies but I have paid $2000 a number of times and once $2500 for a 14 hour session. The $2000 was for 10 to 11 hours generally. 
But of course I have done many in the lower ranges which were also satisfactory like $1100 to $1500.
