  1. I should have said “Hey, that’s the VIP section and you’re not on the guest list”
  2. Last month I was at The Hacienda in Palm Springs. One day in the pool, a guy I was conversing with takes spontaneous liberty to grope my ass (as in, feeling around to stick his finger in) and grabbing my penis. I managed to drift aside with my virtue in tact This week, I’m at Island House in Key West. Last night my friend and I were having a drink at a bar on Duval. Two other guests from IH walked in, saw us, and came over to talk. Polite conversation ensued until, out of the blue, one of them takes unsolicited liberty to start rubbing my leg beneath my shorts. As I pushed his hand away, he came back at me HIGHER up! So we left in neither case did I send off any indication of interest except polite conversation Have gay men not gotten the memo that these kinds of unsolicited acts are tantamount to assault?
  3. #1. I definately know of providers who have discussed this with me #2. Someone would have to violate a confidence OR become a provided, right??
  4. So I arrived at Island House in Key West. two weeks ago, hacienda in PS IH is the Motel 6 ( raw like Key West). Hacienda is the Four Seasons cost/night is similar
  5. Not for legal purposes. But if you’re concerned about family and friends…it’s leverage. I hate to say it, but you’re walking a fine line between shutting him down completely and trying to keep a secret. Me too…but my position is that I don’t have to advertise anything about my personal life, I won’t lie, and I’m willing to let the cards fall where they may if some bad actor tries to stir things up. But I’m divorced, retired, and my family wouldn’t care. Despite that, I feel your pain and do not want to minimize the situation for you
  6. Good question - I wish I could have gotten back all the gifts I gave my ex’s. Doesn’t work that way. I think this lawyer threat is a flailing tactic.
  7. I don’t want to turn this into a discussion on ChatGPT, but it’s useful in the context of multiple opinions from multiple sources.
  8. Nothing says “honest” like satan’s image on your belly, right?
  9. I’ve probably done it 10 times this year and at least three times with 2-3 guys on the trip. It’s not hard. You just have to write down the details to keep up with them.
  10. I still have half a bottle of 15 yr old Pappy that I’ve only used to toast the birth of my grandkids. Now that I have four, I’m hoping my daughter is done 😂
  11. Of course it’s not! But is it? 😂😂
  12. Well, the good news is that, if THIS is repetitively the topic of the “lead story” on the news, it’s been a pretty good day 😉 hmmm, maybe it’s time to plan a trip down under…
  13. Genuinely nice guy.
  14. The day before the bank balance hits zero.
  15. I suspect he got over your disdain quickly. - but clearly you haven’t. 😉 All you really had to do was move on, you didn’t need to be so negative.
  16. I picked up one of my cars from the detailer yesterday - a Corvette older than me with 9,000 miles on it. When the detailer quoted his price of $4,000, I didn’t hesitate - even though I knew I’d find someone cheaper - because I knew this guy would do it right. After a month of meticulous detailing, when I saw it, all I could say was “wow!” I think it’s the same in any service business. You tend to get what you pay for. And when reputation precedes, you tend to pay more
  17. Last weekend, I was in PS at Hacienda, next weekend I’ll be in KW at Island House. Hacienda was quiet and tranquil. I don’t think Island House will be 😂 I’ve already booked a Feb return to Hacienda. Let’s see how I feel about Island House in a couple weeks.
  18. The happier he is, the happier you are. If you want cheap, go to Applebees.
  19. The prevalence of this gene mutation is quite small, right?
  20. In my experience, it’s not unusual. They forget to renew, they’re not in a rush to renew, they don’t have the money to renew, etc. given your unique circumstances, I don’t think you crossed a line - but I don’t know if they will.o In my experience, I simply send a text saying “hey, I see your ad is down. Are we still good on our plans next week?” It might be time to install WhatsApp so you have a computer app to use as backup
  21. The risk is low with an undetectable top even if the bottom is not on prep. U=U But then, I’m a top
  22. It is what you feel it to be but it is profound either way My mother was not a particularly inspirational or intellectual person. When she died, written in her hand writing, I found a note by her chair saying “strength in body, courage in spirit, patience in pain” That was written for me to read in that moment.
  23. Me too, like sailors of old, I like to keep an ounce of gold on me to pay for a basic pine box and burial 😀🤪 I’m sure that’s what he’s thinking too 😇
  24. no fever for me...but the line at Circle K when I was driving home from New Orleans yesterday was pretty long. All for the cashier and none for automated checkout. Didn't look like they needed to be wasting any money either
  25. Are you suggesting his hissy fit related to homosexual acts? But yes, I have had some guys on a first visit too their political hand. There’s usually not a second time. I have one regular who clearly has socialist leanings. Given his past, I completely understand why he feels as he does. We have good give/take discussions with both of us asserting positions, supporting them, and not calling the other stupid.
