  1. On RM, is there a way to exclude listings for providers who aren't actually currently located in a particular city? Take Palm Springs for example. Can you exclude the LA providers who list Palm Springs as a "travel to" location? And can you exclude the providers who have a travel date there one month in the future but aren't even in CA currently? As far as I can tell this isn't possible but I might be overlooking something.
  2. Was this an inexperienced or established provider?
  3. Yeah me too. Maybe they are tattoos but it's not clear from the pic. If they aren't tattoos, I wouldn't see any reason to consider this guy a "thug" from his pic/appearance alone.
  4. @Vin Marco That's a cool story about your regular client. But I'm surprised that anyone would be okay with strangers unknown even to their guest in their home. Probably a good call on your part to limit it to people you know... which makes you seem more trustworthy.
  5. If only you ran a charm school, Simon, to teach other men such niceties. In my case, it was clear that English was not his primary language, so the exact meaning of "guest house" and its implications may have been lost. But the listing does make very clear that the owners live on the property.
  6. Bumping this thread after a similar experience. After I receive incall location, I look up the listing on Airbnb. It's the owner's guest house/ADU. In other words, the primary owner lives on site in the main house, and the guest house has a shared driveway/yard etc. Wouldn't it be impossible for the primary owners (in this case, apparently a straight married couple) not to notice something suspicious when it's literally in their backyard? So, a no go for me. Maybe I'm too paranoid for incalls in general and should stick with hotel outcalls. I don't want to risk getting the cops called on me when the homeowners figure things out. Some owners may not have a problem with it, but I'm sure many would. I don't think I'd have an issue with a standalone home where the owners aren't present on the property. But with Airbnbs, the situation isn't always clear.
  7. Interesting thread. Once saw an ad with Spanish and English text. Morbo was translated as "passionate."
  8. I like how he handled this. Declined to label himself and told people to MYOB. And so far the reaction seems to be "meh." Progress, IMO.
  9. Have you ever been in an incall situation where you see the previous client leaving, or the next client arriving? This is a major breach of discretion IMO but I might be more uptight about that than most. Of course, it's also kind of gross and a mood killer. I feel like spacing things out enough that that doesn't happen should be obvious...
  10. Name change to ZEUSHOTXXX Profile
  11. Bumping this thread. I guess I'm another person who doesn't mind giving oral with a condom. But it just feels like there's such a stigma to the whole idea which led me to abandon it. I'm curious @ShortCutie7, have you stuck with this? Any new thoughts/experiences?
  12. DoxyPEP is something I've debated for a while, for myself. I decided against it but I'm glad the option exists. Personally I don't see much benefit to taking it. If I get a symptomatic STI, I'll get immediate treatment. If I get an STI that's asymptomatic, I would assume it would show up on my quarterly PrEP testing. So it seems like the benefit of it is decreasing the risk of an asymptomatic infection that somehow bypasses regular testing (seems unlikely) and also decreased chances of having to deal with the initial but temporary pain of a curable STI. I'll pass that up over not having to pop an antibiotic regularly which itself can have side effects, and which may not prevent the infection in the first place. I suppose there's also a decreased risk of passing on an STI with DoxyPEP, but to be honest that's not top of mind for me since PrEP/DoxyPEP/condoms are an option for us all and we each do that calculus for ourselves, based on our own health and risk preferences. I'm all ears if anyone thinks my personal reasoning is flawed.
  13. Simon, what are your concerns using bitcoin for RM? I ask because I have zero experience with crypto but am considering trying it for RM. I'm wondering if it's maybe more private than using a credit card. There's also privacy.com but that doesn't let you select MC over Visa.
  14. Recon?
  15. I haven't been on this site long, but this seems like a common delusion here. Take away the cash payments and you'll see how much mutual "real love" there is. I'm glad you're in a situation you're happy with but it seems like a dangerous mindset to me. That's not to say there can't be mutual admiration and respect among provider and client. But that ain't real love. Maybe it's just semantics.
  16. CF was always interesting to me. In its heyday, they landed super hot guys, many of whom stayed with the studio for a long time. There seemed to be a sense of mutual loyalty that didn't come across with Sean Cody. I wonder if CF paid better than its competitors? Kent used to be my favorite, but now I would say Cain.

This guy is so tempting, but the little info there is raises some red flags. The one review on RM is mostly positive, but mentions poor punctuality and English. Usually I would actively avoid anyone where there might be a language barrier, or flakiness, but man it's hard to find bodybuilders that big in SF...
  18. Thanks for sharing. His new profile description seems a little odd...
  19. I've been following this story since it happened. I'm surprised and relieved that charges have been filed. It was looking like a cold case for a while. The doctor seemed like a good man and an excellent surgeon. I feel so sad for him and for his family. Anyone recognize the suspect? Not sure if he advertised on RM. Photo here Everything we know after major update in mysterious murder of well-known Detroit doctor WWW.CLICKONDETROIT.COM Officials provided a major update Wednesday in the mysterious murder of a well-known Detroit neurosurgeon whose body was found wrapped in a carpet in his attic...
  20. I'm guessing it was "therapist"... as in massage therapist.
  21. 7 out of 10 in SF? Wow, that's surprising. There's a huge difference to me between a provider who is comfortable with a client using, but doesn't use themselves, compared to the provider actually using. I don't want to hire anyone who uses T. And the most reliable way for me to do that is to simply filter out all the PNP profiles. But there do seem to be well-reviewed providers who list PNP, so maybe there's a case to be made for evaluating on a more individual basis as a client gains experience?
  22. I have yet to hire someone who lists PNP. I've come close but ultimately it violates a boundary I set for myself early on. TBH, I'm thinking about dropping that boundary (not to do PNP myself but to at least try well reviewed providers who list it). It just makes me nervous, and I'm very cautious.
  23. Lots of references to remaining married while sleeping around in this thread so I feel compelled to ask: Is there any part of you that worries your partner will fall in love with a sex partner? How do you manage that? Apparently it's something that a lot of people have figured out but I don't really understand. I'm especially curious about this for younger couples for whom the future holds more possibilities. Maybe it's something that becomes less of a worry with age.
  24. I think there is some truth in the idea of hiring a trainer who looks like what you want to look like. I work with a natural bodybuilder (male) who has gotten me to a place that I doubt a female trainer could have done as easily. Though I'm sure there are plenty of exceptions to that. I've certainly made progress with female trainers in the past but not like I have with this guy.
  25. The blood tests for herpes (HSV-1 and HSV-2) have a high false negative rate (IIRC false negative rate for HSV-1 blood test is around 30%). If someone tests positive and then tests negative, then either the first test was a false positive or the second test was a false negative. If they had a true outbreak and tested positive, it's more likely the second test was a false negative. If one truly acquires the virus, there is no way to clear it from the body. It will remain dormant and occasionally reactivate. Not all reactivations are perceptible. There is a Western Blot blood test that is much more accurate, but it is not in widespread use and is expensive. Moderna is working on a therapeutic Herpes vaccine that will hopefully be a "functional cure" or close to it. Herpes is increasingly being linked to long term health effects such as dementia (HSV-1), along with another herpesvirus, Epstein-Barr virus which has been linked to multiple sclerosis. Moderna is working on a vaccine for that virus too.
