I think having it on a website makes it less personal,  so less likely to offend. I think part of the problem with raising prices for a regular is two-fold.  First, a regular is often someone you give a discount to, not jack up the price for. Second, the illusion that this is something your provider is also enjoying is blown. Sure, you are paying, but you want to be in the mindset that even though you are paying, the provider is into it. Very tough to maintain that illusion when he tells you that in order to continue being intimate with you, you'll need to start paying more. Tough not to take that personally.  For massage, it might be ok, but for other intimacy, I think I might be inclined to move on to another provider.

I think it would have to be awkward. Do all your mutual acquaintances know you're both attracted to men? Do they know one of you hires sex workers? Do they know onenof you IS a swx worker? Do you want your provider to know where you live?
Yes, it may be a turn-on to be with someone you didn't know was available to you, but I would find it more stressful than erotic, especially after the fact.

Providers, do you find these priority listings of value? I know for me, they wouldn't be helpful. I use specific searches and filters. I don't think a premium ad would show up any more frequently for me.

Escorts have A LOT more to worry about from clients than clients have to worry about from escorts. That is a fact. And the people of this site are the absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to clients, as this thread (and every other thread on this site) proves.

I guess this forum can be a double-edged sword. There isn't exactly a place where providers can get together and vent, and compare notes, free from clients. 
Same for clients.
No matter your line of work,  if you post something about the hardships of your job and complain about something your clients do, someplace your clients can see it, it obviously won't go over well with some of them. This is doubly true when you are charging an hourly rate similar to or higher than an attorney.
Stack onto that the fact that many  of the clientelle are on fixed or retirement income, and it becomes contentious. 
Maybe we need an area for providers to complain about cheap clients, time wasters, expensive travel, and expensive hotels, and another area for clients to complain about overpriced providers, scammers, and providers not being as advertised...and never the twain shall meet.

I'm 5'10" but provider height doesn't matter to me. Slim and smooth is what matters to me.
