I appreciate a provider not wanting their face out there, for several reasons. That said, I ask for it before getting involved, because I don't want to waste either of our times. While I don't think the posts you copied deserve a response, I think you sound jaded. If someone asks you a specific question in RM, they have a reasonable expectation that you will read it and respond appropriately.
